I got it loose on a side and corner, thought I had success, tried to pull it off, but no luck! Success was to loosen/barely crack apart (by a mm) in one spot, then next spot, and go all around perimeter to unsnap it, one snap every cm, without pulling on anything. The whole thing can be systemically unsnapped if you use a thin screwdriver to wedge one snap at a time. It doesn’t give in to pulling/bending!
Thanks, followed this successfully, $40 new screen vs $200 repair quote in New Zealand

Anylink for the display panel?

How could open the back cover of that phone just using your fingernail?
Yes took a little help with small screwdriver to start, but would be possible I think with just nails and flexing the panel
