Ken is so chill; I love his overall vibe. His shooting style is really unique as well. Jessica did a great job with a camera she wasn't comfortable with. Were the film stocks different? It definitely felt and looked like it. Georgia is gorgeous as always and did a wonderful job; she rocked both looks with ease. Great work by everybody involved! These series are the best; do as many as possible! I know it's a ton of work, and we appreciate all of it.
I feel like Ken was shooting with Fuji C200 since it had this greenish cast, Jessica was definitely shooting with different stock tho, it looks more contrasty still the green's still very complimented so probably still within the Fuji family.
@@eggotistique I'm guessing Kodak, or she just scanned hers in the US and they used a different scanner than Ken which didn't have that green cast to the shadows

this was so fun to watch. with the wig, i would have taken a shot of Georgia looking into the camera with a straight face, while taking the wig off. maybe while sitting still on the swing too, to add that contrast in colour with the pink dress.
This is making me just wanna go outside and shoot rn. I always complain that I don’t have enough money or cool props or location but you really can shoot anywhere and make it look good if you have a good eye. Thanks guys!! I’ll be shooting more this year now :)

The shot at 6:00 is definitely the best of the shoot in my opinion. I feel that Jessica was at a bit of a disadvantage because of her camera. Not the best focus it seems and the lens was too wide for my liking. But beyond that, I feel that a good old SLR with a couple of primes cannot be beaten. The Canon A1 is my fave paired with a 50mm 1.4 or similar. But as it was, there are some who might like the snapshot style and that's ok too. The film resurgence is going strong. I started with a cheap ae1, and progressed to medium format and am now totally hooked. It seems to be a familiar trend these days and it is really great to see.
