My favourite Megatron having the most powerful resurrection plot armour and btw Megatron is not the disciple of quintessa he was brain washed the exact way like optimus but some how he still have some of his memories like to fight optimus etc.

Because in DOTM Optimus spared their spark and the spark is their soul, it contains their life force and memory, as stated in TF4 by Optimus himself. He only damaged their head. This is also how Megatron came back as Galvatron. The reason Sentinel didn’t come back was cause he was molded to make Galvatron with Megatron being the primary host. So Sentinel and Megatron were still alive just incapacitated, both turned into Galvatron. But when Optimus really wants to rid someone he gets rid of their spark like how he did to The Fallen
