Their songs are very EDM and heavily produced for the albums, but they always use a live band for their concerts, which just amps up the energy and makes the songs sound more amazing live. I confirm, they sang live. It was so good especially. So much fun. The last time I had great fun was in LinkinPark in Bangkok. The sound, the band, the light and the crowd. Blinks can sing extra loud.

I went to their show in NJ last fall and going to the encore concert in Met Life Stadium this August. They do typically use background vocal tracks, but they are not hiding the fact. Especially for the insane choreography they do now. They also will sing without it. Since I know they can sing for real, it doesn’t bother me because the performance is so awesome. Also, their tour band is AWESOME. Electric guitars, drums, bass. If you ever get a chance to watch last month’s Coachella headliner performance, it is their best show ever! So far Coachella hasn’t reposted it after it was live-streamed. 110,000 people were in awe!!!!
Yes, they can sing very well. The condition for this is that you must be in very good physical condition. I think the fitness of these girls rivals that of a good athlete. If you have all this, you have the strength to dance and the air to sing. Until then, you have to train continuously. And then I haven't even mentioned the permanent time difference. Hats off to the girls!

2 of the raps (1 Lisa and 1 Jennie) were in English with totally different lyrics while the rest of it was in Japanese not Korean. The mixture of D4 music with rave music with rock instruments was fucking AWESOME. All of their live is amazing with both Tokyodome and Kyocera dome being the best. I have a ticket to see them Aug 12th in Jersey section 2 row 13 (20' from the stage). If anybody else is going and in that area - let me know. I get the sound check and see them after the show.
this one is easily the best encore version for my taste! The sang all their songs for the japanese audience in japanese instead of korean. A addition to their concert is.... at the SAME time our Blackpink Queens had their Concert, there was also the MAMA Music Award show with BTS and several other bands. The Blackpink concert was outsold with 55.00o people and I think there were outside of the Tokyo Dome several more people who didn't get a ticket.... I am happy that I was able to go to their concert in Cologne Germany in December last year 2022. The concert was soooo amazing! I want to go again

The Show was also really great, live but not for real audience because of covid, so it was an online thing.

They did a show where Dua Lipa showed up and did Kiss and Makeup with them. Jisoo, Jennie, Rose', & Lisa sound better live than on the album while Dua Lipa sounded like a drunk chick on karaoke night who should have never got drunk enough to sing in public.

Their concert gives so much energy coz the live band and the girls are just great performers who know how to hype the audience. While in Japan, they sing in Japanese and rap in Eng so its quite diff from original.
This IS a legendary concert from them. If you were going to buy one DVD of one of their concerts, Tokyo Dome IS the one to see all of the way thru. If you saw how hard they go throughout the concert, you would be amazed that they come back out for an encore looking fresh as if they were just starting again. And when people ask if they possibly sell out these huge "largest stadiums on earth?" Have you tried to ride the subways in Tokyo??? YES!!! i watched them in osaka recently with jisoo sitting out because of covid. and i just need to say that there is no way they were lipsyncing because jisoo's parts (idk what to call it but let's just say they played recordings of jisoo instead of the 3 singing over her parts) and their parts sounded so different from each other. watching them live was such an experience

Was at this show. Normally Japanese are quiet and kinda chill. This crowd could have been led into a battle after this show as hyped as they were. The ticketing system was having problems and people thought they weren't going to get into the show on time and the chaos in people's eyes at that thought was wild. (again for context...I can imagine that in other countries, but in Japan it's unusual)
