Simple Pork Tenderloin Wok Stir Fry

This simple wok stir fry is the culmination of lots of practice utilizing tips and tricks picked up from several RUclips cooking channels that I visit frequently.
In my part of the world pork is often the most economical meat protein available and almost always priced below beef, chicken, turkey or lamb. Other cuts of pork could certainly be used in this recipe as well as other types of meat. So far I have used beef, chicken and pork to make this noodle dish.
The Chinese cooking sauces I am using in this video are "Golden Mountain brand Seasoning Sauce" and "Lee Kum Kee brand Vegetarian Mushroom Flavored Sauce" ...with the latter being a substitute for traditional oyster sauce.
