It's been a while since I watched a no commentary, raw gameplay video from start to finish. Glad I found this. It was entertaining as heck! The last time I played CoH was back in 2008/09, and never really played 2 or 3. It was cool to live those days thru you! Great game man. GGs.
is it just me or coh 3 looks more similar to the 1st game than the 2nd game? i had to reread the title to confirm it was coh 3 cause when the video played i thought i was watching COH 1. PS. i hope relic does pacific theater next.
the way the army behaves, the way it shoots, everything is very similar to warhammer40k dawn of war in my opinion, which is probably why it looks dynamic and sometimes "epic". In general, this is a plus and not a minus, it could be done as the last warhammer40k ps: for RTS not the best time
somethings wrong with the M24 - every time it makes an appearance the MK4's retreat e.g. at about 45min it took on 2 MK4s and it all but wrecked 1 while receiving virtually no damage. Okay the M24s 3 star but the MK4s were 3 star and 2 star
That was a crazy game! That hour just flew by! I brought this on xbox other day but i f*cking suuuck! Im get destroyed on the campaign lol. Ive started playing diablo 4 and i f*cking suck at that too! Lol

Make more engineers. 2 squads should be minimum with tanks. Don’t recrew weapons with paratroopers, they have high reinforcement costs. Use engineers for that too!
Apart from the interface, nothing has changed at all. Slightly improved graphics, but do you want to pay full price for it? I don't. I would be interested if they at least increased the unit limit, added more large maps, worked hard on the details, or came up with interesting mechanics, but they created the same COH2. I remembered a series of FIFA games.
the graphics in coh3 are already much better. unfortunately there is not so much content in the game but that will come. coh3 is already available for half the price btw...

@@Achilles-Gaming The problem of the game was poor optimization, changing the mechanics familiar to players to improve gameplay, I think mods will fix it, but only partially. The second part turned out very well, but the optimization problems have not yet been solved, so it's better not to have false hopes
there are many different opinions. i have met many coh2 players who play coh3. but i have also read many comments that coh3 offers too little. as a non-coh2 player, i enjoy it.
i am by no means good at any rts games tbh. i have played sc2 from time to time but always stayed in bronze league for the most part. made silver once haha! how is this compared to sc2? is it easier to learn? i did hear CoH3 is buggy atm/not that great? keep seeing people say CoH2 is better
the gameplay is quite different. scII is easier to learn. i was a master player back then. the bugs in coh3 are all fixed so far. i don't remember any big ones. relic is very fast in most cases. coh3 is a good game, but you need some time to understand the basics.

@@DeadlySwords8 yes sounds strange^^ but at coh3 you have to look in which direction your mgs are looking, your vehicles ideally have to look in the direction of the enemy (because of the armor), a bomber attack if you don't notice it can directly destroy your complete army etc... i find it already tough^^

@@DeadlySwords8 maybe play against the ki for the first time and watch some more videos. then you'll get a feeling for build order and timing. i've only been playing it since the beginning of the year. at instant gaming you often get coh3 30-50% cheaper than directly at steam. the game is well playable. there are only minor bugs. the bad reviews are from old veterans whose expectations were not met that's all.

Bro I shot at a group of infantry standing in an open field with an anti-aircraft gun from 3 feet away and it took like 2 straight minutes to kill them. Absurd. This game is trash.
DO NOT BUY THIS GAME Totally unfinished game. As someone who played the very first alphas of this game i can assure you not a lot has changed since those tests. Things i like -Breaching is cool and more units should have it, its weird that a lot of troops with full auto or elite troops cant breach buildings -Tank riding is a gimmick but im happy its in -The 17pdr guns in game sound amazing -Destuction feels abit better than 2. More battlefield like -4 factions on release The Bad -The audio is bad, voices dont sound right, guns are soft, planes sound like they are in your room. MG42's dont sound like MG42's -Animations are bad and all over the place -Balance is just awful, the smallest patch can swing the meta all over nothing feels balanced at all (Right now UK and Dak are just worthless playing) -Graphics are cartoony -Tank combat looks bad compared to the other games, Armour feels like paper and penetrations look poor as do bounces -Unit icons are missing, they have just used placeholders from Coh2 instead of making new ones (who knew marders were actually su-85s?) -Units are clearly cut to be sold to us later on though the shop such as Australian / Canadian inf, 2pdrs, archers, pak88's and much more (all these were available in alpha and beta tests -Descriptions are wrong. "Easy 8 comes with rifles" Actually comes with engineers. "Tank post Builds Churchill tanks, Archer tanks" Archers arent in multiplayer and Churchill are Battle group. Theres plenty more examples -Next to no maps, theres like 3 for 1v1 2 for 3v3 and 3 for 4v4 -And a million more things wrong Things downright missing from Coh2 (a 10 year old game) -Replays -Ranked -Leaderboards -Icons -MG facing in buildings -Tank Crushing -Audio and voicelines -Plenty more But dont worry they added a really scummy and overpriced skin shop well before the ability to see who belonged to what colour on the team list and patched people doing challenges in custom games before they patched a single game breaking bug. @@Achilles-Gaming For me as a CoH 1&2 veteran it is unfortunately an impertinence. Unfortunately, there are far too few maps for multiplayer. What's particularly bad about this is that she just took parts out of the 4v4 maps to make them 3v3. In the end it's just 5 cards and their variations. Far too little for a 60-euro game. Let's not even talk about the sound design. Everything sounds hollow. Where in the old parts the ears flew away when the growler shot, here it only makes puff. The graphics are in places worse than Coh2. All this would be ok if it didn't cost 60 euros or 10 years had passed since the last part. After looking in, the patch was so brought, I immediately turned it off again. The main thing is to install a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in-game shop. That's what CoH has always needed. (sarcasm off) Instead of doing important things like sound or maps, something like this comes up.

But to be fair, the VA in coh1&2 were so perfect & full of personality it would be hard to beat. They should have went with coh3 much sooner a 10 year gap is too much. It’s not the same relic any more, all the people have left & the same design philosophies are long gone (look at dow3) I’m glad there’s those who are enjoying it, coh needs love, but I’ll be sticking to coh2. It’s just such a shame it’s so poorly optimised with memory leaks and everything. /rant

COH1 gameplay is the best of them all, it feels like one big battle throughout the map!

relic fixes the bad bugs very quickly. there is often a hotfix. others (cosmetic bugs) can stay in the game for weeks.

-Descriptions are wrong. "Easy 8 comes with rifles" Actually comes with engineers. "Tank post Builds Churchill tanks, Archer tanks" Archers arent in multiplayer and Churchill are Battle group. Theres plenty more examples
-Next to no maps, theres like 3 for 1v1 2 for 3v3 and 3 for 4v4

But dont worry they added a really scummy and overpriced skin shop well before the ability to see who belonged to what colour on the team list and patched people doing challenges in custom games before they patched a single game breaking bug.

for fans who have been playing the game for over 10 years, it may not be recommended. for everyone else, however, it is a good game. in the coming weeks, some patches will be released. tomorrow, it will start with the first patch.
@@Achilles-Gaming For me as a CoH 1&2 veteran it is unfortunately an impertinence.
Unfortunately, there are far too few maps for multiplayer. What's particularly bad about this is that she just took parts out of the 4v4 maps to make them 3v3. In the end it's just 5 cards and their variations.
Far too little for a 60-euro game.
Let's not even talk about the sound design. Everything sounds hollow. Where in the old parts the ears flew away when the growler shot, here it only makes puff.
The graphics are in places worse than Coh2.
All this would be ok if it didn't cost 60 euros or 10 years had passed since the last part.
After looking in, the patch was so brought, I immediately turned it off again.
The main thing is to install a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in-game shop.
That's what CoH has always needed. (sarcasm off)
Instead of doing important things like sound or maps, something like this comes up.

@@wtfxxxxxxx for me it’s the floaty’ness of everything, nothing seems grounded like it belongs in the world, everything before had a weight to how they interacted. The physics in coh3 seem ‘off’. The audio quality is passable but there’s no love where the old games felt like a war movie 3 just feels flat. And the. There’s the voice acting… Reminds me of c&c3 without the charm.
But to be fair, the VA in coh1&2 were so perfect & full of personality it would be hard to beat.
They should have went with coh3 much sooner a 10 year gap is too much. It’s not the same relic any more, all the people have left & the same design philosophies are long gone (look at dow3)
I’m glad there’s those who are enjoying it, coh needs love, but I’ll be sticking to coh2. It’s just such a shame it’s so poorly optimised with memory leaks and everything.
