- In this video, we ride Harley Davidson in Sturgis the Cure for the Winter Blues. This video covers three days of riding in and around the Sturgis South Dakota area on Harley Davidson motorcycle during the summer of 2023. My hope is for those of us living in seasonal climates, this may give you a little break from the Winter Blues that we experience as motorcycle enthusiasts. There is no better way to see the Sturgis area than on a Harley Davidson or really any motorcycle. You will see in the video, Harley Davidson Street Glide CVO, CVO limited, Road Glide Special, Ultra Limited, and even two Can Am Spyder's. Enjoyed the premiere. I prefer going there off rally time. A buddy and I rode there 3 yrs ago. It was his first time. He had a blast. Spearfish Canyon was his favorite. We rode it 3 or 4 times. He wanted to keep riding it but I had to remind him there are tons more great roads. He was 66 at the time and rode a 2001Heritage softail.

We finally got snow here in SW Ontario Canada, woke up to a winter storm. Its a blizzard now with the winds. We love our four seasons here, even the bikers, oh sure some of us don't but they are the snowbirds, the rest of us, well winter is for rest, and snow boarding, skiing winter hikes. Ice skating well ya all that cold stuff LOL

Ahhhh that explains it! You were there early. I was gonna say you guys got sat together at restaurants with that large group. It doesn’t happen during rally time. Headed back there this year.

😅Day 2, smiling thru the pain. Ok, how did the guy with a broken collarbone continue their ride after the bad spill ? Scenery on the ride was great. ... I appreciated the lead finder spelling out the activities ahead of the kick stands up. No doubt safety was highlighted at the meeting prior to heading out for each day.

I have ridden with the group in the video for years and many miles. We all know how each other rides and no chances are taken, and keeping the group safe is paramount.
