Prefer this Taycan Cross over the sedan, more practical, but also better looking. If you need the roofbox & the bike carrier maybe buy a bigger car? The bike carrier is £1800, also needs car preparation on order £500. ( The Porsche eBikes are £12,000😳😶). Great review Thomas👍👋
I own four porsche sports cars, but they rushed this car, range needed to be 300 to 350 miles for the US market. It’s way too expensive, and many many features that are optional are standard on much less expensive vehicles. Audi Enron GT which is basically the same platform is much less expensive, comes with more standard features and I think looks better, just wish it came with the hatch because it’s much more practical. I compared, in the USA the Audi GT with the premium package is $30,000 less than a comparable optioned Taycan.
I thought the same… But…after seeing the GTS Sport Turismo version I was compelled to do some research…which basically means watching RUclips and asking people who own these cars to tell me about their experience…maybe there is a bit of confirmation bias in my “research” but I think my initial concerns have been alleviated… So long as you have home charging, you should be fine with the public charging infrasound the US for this car… I would just love to see these cars better designed to handle snow…that’s the practical use I’d be very attracted to…no one seems to be focused on that though…
200 grand for a car that has a max range of 220 miles is just a non starter. I'm sure a lot of uber rich folks will buy it but how does this even compete with the Model S?

@@robertkempe2730 Hmm.. Hope that i´m wrong.. But for an 4x4 driving experience .. I´m "old school" not what I excactly feel I get here!.. Still I can be wrong!.. Autobahn cruiser ..Ohh YES! No doubt! Might be capable in doing the anually Skii run .. but doubt it will do it fully.. (Looking forward to get proven wrong here! and would love it also!) Putting Bikes on the back of it.. Looks really wiered and not the car for that! Just my thoughts.. Love your videos ! Anyway and NO hard feelings !
