Please address the judge granting the FOIA exemption to Homeland Security. He based his ruling in part on Exemption 7C which concerns criminal investigations, including 3rd parties involved in the criminal investigations. The 3rd parties can be government informants or subjects of the investigation themselves. The judge said this information has not been made public yet so the parties have in interest in privacy. We know Harry had discussed his drug use before so this must be separate from the drugs issue.

The US Bill of Rights wasn't written quite at the same time as the constitution. It was written during the ratification phase of the constitution, to address problems that had been pointed out during ratification.
Internet hacking is the biggest imposition to privacy rights, I think, mutual respect of one human's boundaries to another's is the way forward to a peaceful society. The big hurdle here is, as far as I know, the US doesn't have a private right of action for third parties to challenge immigration decisions in court. So, even if the court granted this documentation, it's not like this pressure group could do anything with it! It would be the government’s job to review his submissions, and decide what action to take if dishonesty is found.

Try asking the monarchy for the doctors name and witness names to the birth of prince archie in the line of succession. Try asking the uk government, and their answer was.. we are not a hospital and don't have birth records. The biggest monarchy con on the public since its invention.

The biggest con of the uk monarchy. No children born from meghans' bodY are in the LOC. Not to mention spending invictus charity money on jets, hotels, designer clothes. Not paying for the injured vets flight or hotel with the country's tax payer charity monies given to invictus.
14:14 Here is a slightly related question. In Britain we have the SAR you can make to a company. However, what if your personal data including bank details name & address has been used by a third party without your knowledge or consent? I am dealing with a company refusing my SAR because of data potection due to the fact it wasn't me who made the aplication.

Very interesting and nuanced, unlike other creators' videos touching on Harry & Meghan. Privacy is a very complicated matter in E&W.

Redaction is always a problem. Am I right in assuming there is an un redacted copy of that judgement somewhere?
Yes. Redacted documents are always made by taking an original, private, full version and deleting the bits that can't be made public.
I think it was the CIA who released some redacted documents, but they'd done them in photoshop and people could just remove the layers.
