If you have to pull the trigger to move the shifter forward to go into 3rd. You do not have a "ratchet" shifter. You have a "gate" shifter. It should be a Hurst quarter stick or a B&M pro stick or Bandit. All are the same basically.
@@FinalBossGarage that's what I thought. It is a gated shifter. The handle moves to a differant spot for each gear. A "ratchet" shifter the handle moves to change gears but goes back to its original location. That's the difference.
