Nice setup. I’d maybe switch out that quick link you got from Lowe’s for a quick link that’s climbing rated. Be safe.
Nice video, I would throw out there you might want to look into a tether locker like the OHM or even just a gear tie, really helps.

Yes you can sit. Get a 2 panel saddle and a backband. It's like sitting in a chair
