I wouldnt decline their car . Id simply ask information such as if they have any documentaition on the coating , when was it coated, what brand and kind of coating they got, and who did it . And based on that i can already set the expectation before touching the car . If anything you can upsell a topper or re application
@@serranosmobile I would still decline the "headache" but I am sure you give them the option of restarting a new program . Stick to your guns but increase you marketing. To many folks out there looking to scam , IMO, its not worth the headache.

Love the idea of not servicing vehicles you haven't coated, though a non coated vehicle would be easy money with proper disclaimers. Second, you may want to build the cost of your maintenance plans into the coating/warrantly. Federal law says that in most circumstances you cannot require that the consumer use your services or products in order for the warranty to remain valid, unless youre providing those services free of charge. So build it into the cost. (Talk to your lawyer about this)
I learned a lot from Scott and miss his channel. He didn't handle his critics well. Too many keyboard bullies out there and he fed into it. I also don't think he took criticism/complaints about his products seriously.

I always use it straight, I would say yes, but anything, ph neutral us best for non coated vehicles

DPC just failed because of marketing , quality wasn't the best and price. Gyeon and gtechniq and other brands were just bigger and better brands.
