Lt Gen Raj Shukla, PVSM, YSM, SM, ADC speaks at Rashtriya Raksha University on "Synergizing civil-military capabilities". On 9th November 2021, the Indian Army's Army Training Command (ARTRAC) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Rashtriya Raksha University. Lt Gen Raj Shukla, PVSM, YSM, SM, ADC, GOC-in-C, Army Training Command was the chief-guest of the event.
