However, some people believe that the Philippines should withdraw from the Miss Universe Pageant because it allows anyone to participate, including married, transgender, gay, lesbian, and older individuals. The Universal Woman 2024 pageant is exclusive for REAL YOUNG WOMEN was reminiscent of the traditional Miss Universe pageant from the 1980s, which focused on advocacy and encouraged real women to speak on issues related to economics, business, peace, independence, politics, and government. Some people feel that the current Miss Universe Organization is too chaotic and does not maintain the same level of professionalism as in the past. (ctto)
