Yes luis all the top 5 are beautiful esp Dominican republic and Cambodia who talked very well but Philippines stand out in communication skills.

We are technology world and international pageant q and a are ask in English. There are
Lots of Venezuelan or Latina live in America snd Canada why they could not speak or understand English.
Philippines is a third world and people who are illiterate understand and speak English or combine vernacular.
But I'm happy the result with combine beauty and brain and judges made a fair decision so the world are happy compare to miss universe or miss world or miss gi
@@ronaldcuevas2611 just because there are latinos who live in Canada and America doesn't mean they can speak and understand english fluently. There are who does and doesn't. There are so many latinos here in Canada that I encounyer almost everyday and many of them doesn't speak English.

Her victory is significant in several ways. She acted as a spoiler preventing a back to back win for Venezuela. I was on the edge of my seat hoping against hope that Venezuela will again duplicate the feat they made in 2008-2009 when they made history in MU pageant of winning a back to back. This is the 3rd time that the Philippines acted as a spoiler for a back to back win. In 2015 Pia spoiled a back to back win for Colombia while in 2018 Catriona duplicated it by breaking a back to back win for South Africa. She holds now the record of the 1st Pinay to win the title.
