    gotta say i miss my 250x. it lacked in the low end but it was so much fun riding it strung out but upgraded to a ktm 350 and its the PERFECT inbetween. i love it.

      @WheelieWeasel  5 месяцев назад

      I had a crf250x a while back and I swear those are the most smooth bike out there! The power is so linear so it’s predicable and easy to manage! Also heck yeah I’d love to have a KTM350 myself, they seem like they’re as light as a 250 with as much top end as a 450 and still plenty torque!

    • @seany642
      @seany642 5 месяцев назад

      @WheelieWeasel definitely. i just geared it down by going up a tooth in the front. should help with hill climbs as it feels a little dead in the low end. it loves the mid range though.

    • @WheelieWeasel
      @WheelieWeasel  5 месяцев назад +1

      Consistency is everything. Stick to a scheduled and a video style that works for you and is maintainable. Keep the same energy in each video and the same style of content with each video idea. Also a big thing when making videos is put yourself in the shoes of the viewer. It makes it a lot easier to know what to say or do!
      To keep people drawn in you also need to create some kind of emotion from the video wether that be anger, sadness, curiosity or even jealousy. People always wanna click on videos that make them angry or videos that make them curious lol

    Did you end up doing anything with the shifter? You said it was funky I’ve been struggling on my 24 250r but I’m also trying to get use to riding with boots instead of normal shoes. Seem to have a hard time getting my foot under lever while sitting. Was thinking about trying to adjust shift lever up or getting the zeta revolver shifter. LOVE THE CONTENT!

      I’d get another shifter tbh if I was you. That’s if you plan on keeping the bike lol. I’ve just resorted to wearing vans until I decide I wanna get a shifter or not also thank you!

    its so stiff because its a pro oriented bike made around jett lawrences style of riding

    • @WheelieWeasel
      @WheelieWeasel  5 месяцев назад

      Yessir, not sure why they did this either from 2022-2024. 90% of riders complain it’s too stiff out the box and immediately needs the suspension softened. Even a lot of supercross racers and testers for motocross action magazine complain that it’s way too stiff for almost all riders unless you’re heavier or on the front brakes a lot

    • @HarryVines-zw2tm

    So a guy buys the motocross version of thr CRF250 instead of the off road RX model complains the suspension is too stiff for woods riding . Can’t make this shit up

    • @WheelieWeasel
      @WheelieWeasel  5 месяцев назад

      I didn’t buy it lmao I swapped a YZ450F to it. Also I’m not complaining about it being too stiff in general, I’m complaining about it being too stiff even for a motocross bike. Do your research on these year models, even pro supercross riders complain about how stiff and unusable it is. I just got rid of a 2017 CRF450RX a few months ago and it was too stiff too. The YZ450f I had was like a cloud. Yamaha makes better suspension.
      Also the goal isn’t to get a bike to keep, go watch other videos lmao. I get bikes to ride, test out and have fun then trade and get something else.
