- Hey guys! Zack has been tirelessly building these INCREDIBLE trails all throughout the property and wanted to bring you along to show you the progress AND show him riding the trails on his new dirtbike!

Destination idea: On the acreage I grew up on, my dad built a platform about 6’ up a tree with a massive rope swing at the end of a log he bolted to some stumps. As kids we spent hourrrssss on that thing

I grew up in the area and live vicariously through this channel from my Seattle apartment- my parents were always tending to their property and watching your channel always brings me back to those simpler times but also gives me a greater appreciation for how hard they worked to keep the place up! I’m always so impressed with your vision and how you actually follow through on execution, it’s inspiring!
Your son is going to have the time of his life exploring those trails in a few years! Some of my earliest memories are exploring the ravine behind my parents house with the neighbor kids. We would play with Troll dolls (the OG ones 😁) and had elaborate Troll worlds going on in that forest.
Soo my suggestion of what to add to the trails is a little fairy (or troll lol) garden tucked away for your son to encounter and interact with! Get those core memories of ✨forest magic✨going early.
And a fort! Nothing better than having a secret fort in the woods to retreat to when the trials and tribulations of childhood are just too much to bear 😆

What a great place for your son to grow up and explore as he grows up. I had a similar place behind my parents house and we would make forts and camp out, those are my best memories.

I think it would be lovely to have a community of birdhouses as one of the trails' destinations! A fairy/goblin garden would also be magical!

Thank you for always wearing safety gear!! Skeeves me out when folks post vids doing woodworking or DIY and they never even have goggles. Injuries or freak accidents can happen so fast; even if it's just a 'real quick' project or one wood cut. Wish more people would remember to gear up.
Trail idea: hidden art, like woodcarvings or recycled glass sculptures or something. Either diy arts and crafts or support local artisans.
A little fort out on the trail might be fun for your son for years to come 😁 loving the videos of all the projects you guys are are doing!!

I love this! We just got our son a dirt bike for Christmas and I’m all about wanting to ride.
We are also moving to our dream spot in May or June.

Trail ideas- 1) a tent, fire wood, and some logs to sit on or chairs to enjoy the view. The tent can be just something little man can play in while y'all are there.
2) A trail with A pond, some bird feeders, maybe some deer feeders. So when u take that trail you'll be sure to see wild life and birds ❤
3)A trail that leads to a secret garden just for your son. Have some things made of wood he can climb on, play with, and as he gets older, work out on with dad. Like a pull up bar, logs to lift ect. Or even an obstacle course for him to work on hand eye coordination, foot work ect. I love the idea of a secret garden that's only for him. That only u all know about.
4) a special trail and place just for Kristy with all her fav flowers, knomes, or other decorations. A get away. With a hammock or swing and maybe a small waterfall pond for all the frogs mushrooms ect
5) a trail just for Zack. All man stuff fire pit, rocking chair, water proof radio, and maybe a shed for him to relax in with a TV or mini fridge. And some room to put his bike and gear. I'm sure the more he rides the more he'll want other things to ride. Just some ideas ❤

Trail destination idea: tree house! Find the perfect tree for it, as baby boy grows up he'll really enjoy it!

That was some mean trail blazing. I thought sure you wouldn't be riding that bike by the end of the day. But you did it, and it looks so fun! And Santa Kristi and Little Man Walking are great to see too ❤️
Love the dirt bike! I need property like this so I can rip it up.
Ideas for the trail: Benches, wild flowers, native bird houses, maybe eventually a tree house, campsites that you and the kiddo can actually spend the night at! So much fun!

That will be a cool place to hike. I'd recommend you plant randomly throughout the forest, plants the wildlife like to eat so you always have plenty of them around. Squirrels, deer, any of the ones you want around in the forest. Then you can have benches around to sit and just watch the magic happen.

Careful attracting deer tho esp if you live in an area w/ticks, plus they’ll eat almost all flowers or veg you plant 😅 it’s already looking beautiful there❤❤
@@Tonponpon That's the point. Plant them in the forest AWAY from the house so they stay away from her garden. They won't have a need if there's a big supply of their favorite things out in the forest where they're safe. They'd rather not be out in the open of a yard if there's an alternative.

Oh man it took me forever to clear out all the blackberry shrubs in my yard couple of years ago. You definitely have to get it all out or the canes start to come back. Anyway I’m continually amazed at how much work you both do on your property. ❤
You could have a wild flower area to visit!!!! Something out of a fairytale! Where all the hummingbirds and butterflies are attracted to. Goes with the theme of your home.
Y'all are literally the cutest! And I can relate to Zach because it's so hard to speak highly of yourself and not constantly be self depreciating even when you do something good however big or small!

Love this!! 😊 Zack is great on camera and that was a huge job! I didn’t know riding was a workout until my son got a dirt bike lol he was sore a lot at first. I would love to have a big property like yours to build tracks for him!

For the trails; Back when my parents where together and we had a house my mom built a fairytale garden for me with a little pond and lots of creatures. We also had a chair covered in moss and I used to pretend that it was my fairy throne. Maybe something special for your little munchkin to explore?

You’ve got some great composting material there, there must be some noice humus soil under all that! You could always dig it up and use it in the garden since you’re just gonna walk on it anyway!

I grew up with the best riding trails - my dads number one love is clearing out dead trees and brush and making riding trails. Your trails look great and will look even better after riding them over and over again!
Do what you’re comfortable with when it comes to dirt bikes! I suggest a nice mountain bike too…I’m so jealous id be rippin it up on a mt bike in your woods!
