I bought a Something Wild! Five Nights at Freddy's edition and could NOT figure out how to play it. I also couldn't find any other tutorial video that really explained and showed how to play. Thanks for posting! Now, I think I understand it enough to play it!!
On 13:55 Jabba should have taken the baby yoda, because he played a red card, this would prevent you from scoring, and he would probably use the power and since the top card was purple you would have to discard one of your purple card in play.
And, another round where you played a red, Jabba would have taken Grogu. Finally, towards the end, Jabba played a Red, and you FINALLY gave him Grogu... @@TabletopJason
You cheat, Dr. Jones! When Jabba played the Red 2 at 13:54 he should have gotten the Grogu figurine since the rules state, "When you play a card that's the same color as the Power in the center... take the figurine and place it in front of you." (You did that yourself at 3:08 to your benefit.) Jabba would then have used the force ability to flip over the next card, which was purple, so you should have discarded one of your purple cards and therefore would not have been able to win because you wouldn't have had three purples nor would you have had Grogu to use that force ability. You would have drawn the Green 8, which would have been good for you since you had Green 7 on the table and Green 9 in your hand. But the game would have been different. You point out later that you forgot about that rule but at that point there was no red for Jabba to play and the unfair treatment against the Hutt was already done. Jabba must really like you to not have immediately sent you to face the rancor. Also, ignoring the aforementioned mistake, at 18:58 you should have used the force ability that was on the top of the pile to swap your 5 or one of your 7s for Jabba 's 9 and gotten your third power card instead of using the discard ability.

Yeah, Something Wild isn't a great name. It seems to imply chaos, but it's a pretty well-structured game.
