    I had lost 30 pounds in 2.5 months and was eating 2 slices of white bread a day. When I had it, I had it at breakfast (figured it gave me the day to work it off). But, if I knew I was going out to dinner that night, etc. I would skip it in the morning leaving room for whatever nonsense would happen later.

    • @IvanaChapman
      @IvanaChapman  2 года назад +5

      That's a great plan and I'm glad it worked for you. 🙂 Contrary to popular belief, eating later in the day doesn't matter though. If you wanted to skip the bread and enjoy it later, you can. I personally also like to leave room for "whatever nonsense" happens later. I like my treats in the evening. 😋

    If I don't eat bread I lose weight quite steadily. However, I love bread! One trick I learned was having 2 pieces of toasted sprouted bread. It digests easily, is high in fibre and tastes quite good. I would dip it in olive oil with vinaigrette, it's very tasty and keeps you full, without eating half a loaf or more to satisfy oneself.

    For bread, I just check the ingredients. If I see any oil in it besides olive oil, or butter it's an automatic no.
    It goes from being some simple carbs your body can just burn, to something your body has a really tough time with.
    Oils like soybean, canola, palm, and sunflower.
