I wish it would have a blind Roadblock head sculpt. But this might be the first figure I’ll entertain getting on eBay if I have to.

What I dont like is ... his head is to small , the reason in the 87 cartoon Joe movie that his mask and helmet fall off , is because his head is starting grow and be misshapen and bulbous because of the effects of the spores , its pushing outward on the mask and helmet so they then fall off, his mouth should be opened, maybe a tongue spitting out , an exact sculpt of that first reveal of Cobra Commanders face , when Roadblock says " Hey this is you face mask. " is what is needed here .. and the is not it .. and maybe a helmet with a face mask attached but of to the side to slip over his snake head .. ... there is also no need for all those hands , his gloves are all wrong anyway , at least one gloveless left hand would have been great , two gloveless hands would have been rockstar , at least one shoeless leg would have been a must ..
What I do like about this figure is ... the snake accessory I think is the best part .. and that it can wrap around another figure is great .. his torso and arms the sculpts look great , I like the red wash on parts of the clothes to represent being attached to and inside that clam thing is great .. but over all with the price point , and the hoops you have to jump threw to get this guy as a Comic Con exclusive , I am not that interested .. I would pick it up if I see it at Ross for $9.99 , its a good attempt but falls just short of a 10 out of 10 for me on a few leaves .. and as a MOC collector , blind boxing these figures is death to a figure for me ..

I think though that some of the points you make might suggest a regular release later.

He doesnt need the back part that holds his weapons or any weapons at this stage of his transformation and the gloves are wrong plus he really needs some lizard/snake hands maybe with partially torn bits of the black fabric of his gloves.....really hope the mini Commander snake's tail is bendable so he can wrap around Roadblocks body and they should have had a exclusive head sculpt of blind Roadblock.....other then that i think its great and look forward to getting it
@@jasonjones-ji6qd I really think that being a convention exclusive figure, these choices leave them the ability to release a standard figure with variations.
He's great but also a bit too unique to be a con exclusive. Hopefully there's enough post-SDCC stock for everyone, apparently he's been made in roughly the same numbers as Mindbender so it may be a challenge!

Great review. It is already listed on pulse (status: coming soon). I think everyone who wants one should be able to get it. Based on how chuckles and Mindbender went, just have to be diligent to order at the start time(whenever announced). I’m hoping this is the same for once a man cc.
@@davidr8389 yeah they had a lottery for the pulse but needed up opening up to everyone after 3, not too bad of a line so I imagine they should have some on pulse.

@@checardona1151 time are changing, convention exclusives have been around for a long time. The black series Kenner colored boba fett caused some issues. Yikes is the first time since covid was cancelled that they have actual product as exclusives again.
