    Breakfast is the first most important meal of the day. Consistently eating healthy BF contributes to healthy body weight.

      That saying was coined as a marketing drive for Kellogg's cereal products. It's not actually scientifically proven to the any more important than other meals of the day. That said, it's important to ensure that each meal fits into your healthy eating program.
