I was searching around for building some moving target for practising and I found this! Great idea! In the legacy of my father there were some old battery drills and I will use one of them! He would have love your idea as he was quite genius to use old stuff ad make new things of them. Thanks a lott for this!
I LOVE THIS IDEA!! THAT IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! Great job and thank u so much for sharing a great cheap, somewhat easy to make moving target. I have been wanting to make one for years but couldn't come up with any good actual working ideas. Are there any videos that go a lil bit deeper into the exact electrical wiring of the drill? And again THANKS SO MUCH for taking the time to share your great idea!! Can't wait to give it a try!!
Mr. M Henry I like your idea of a moving target. I have a few questions. 1. How long does the moving target system last on a 12 volt battery? 2. Also how many feet is the travel distance of the moving target. 3. How much para cord did you use. 4 how did you wire the control and motor. Thanks and I look forward to your response.
Good idea....... your backstop could use some improvement, but it might be good as well,, especially if the neighborhood brats come over and use the playground while you are shooting.
Well u would have to use common sense and assume that of course he is not using this target for actual shooting of any type real ammo of high velocity in a yard and especially near any children's play area. Unless he is using low velocity bb gun or air soft to simulate actual bullets. Which Many people do to save on expensive ammo, noise and to ensure safety in a suburban type area scenerio. First thing I assumed, is that it was set up in yard for video purposes.
Love it bro, keeping the switch from the drill hooked up so it can go back and forth is something I would have never even thought of thank you!

That's pretty high stakes, with the kids playing in the background and all.
This showed me. It doesnt have to be overcomplicated. Just thought out and stacked.
Safety rule #2, know your target and what's behind it.
Best shooting background I ever did see
Awesome set up. I have been wanting to make a moving steel target for some time now.

Very cool thanks for sharing!
Sweet build dude
Good video! Thanks for making.
The playground makes this look ominous in this day and age. Great idea though.

Ingenious.... Thanks!
Brilliant!
This only works for about 50 ft of extension cord. Tried it furthee
Make sure there are no children on the swing set. Right?
Was thinking of using motor and switches from powerwheels car
Good project
Perty cool 😬👍
Cadence this is sisi check your comments
Nice play ground you got directly behind your target 👎👎😡
You should be highly a shamed of yourself for having a shooting range in front of a play ground...Do you even know what I am talking about?
Damn The Truth Hurts! But it literally says in the caption he isn’t going to shoot at it there?
Garett Dow Damn the Reading Hurts....lol
