Soft & Fluffy Chocolate Cotton Sponge Cake (Without Baking Powder & Soda Bicarbonate)[Great Recipes]

Chocolate Sponge cake is the basic cake for a birthday cake, it has a mild flavor and its texture is soft and spongy.
Ingredients for batter:
* 5 Egg Yolks (Grade A)
* 60 grm corn oil (or other vegetable oil)
* 85 grm full cream
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
* 1/2 tablespoon chocolate emulco
* 85 grm All-Purpose Flour
Ingredients for meringue:
* 5 egg whites (grade A, room temperature)
* 80 grm Aising Sugar
* 1 tsp lemon jus
Temperature & Pan:
* Pan 8 inch
* Bake 150 c for 30-40 minutes
