As always love your reactions!!! Could you please react to more of their content. They are really good with explaining stuff. And of course check out xceleste. She is making bts theory videos/gathering hints and stuff for bts storyline!!!
Hey I'm new. Like your reactions. I hope though that you will stop the background music while somebody else is talking or you hear other music. It kept on going until one minute in and was distracting.
Definitely check out "Ddaeng" and "Ddaeng explained by a Korean" By DKDKTV. These guys are Hella good at explaining these much better than any lyrics or translations
The tragedies that happened with kpop idols were cyber bullying, stress, and suicides last year. The channel DKDKTV does alot of explanations to BTS videos. Their songs are all about deep meaningful messages. Check out the explained video of BTS RM's persona, Suga's shadow, baepsae, idol, outro ego, spine breaker, ddaeng, and spring day. Their videos are also complex and connected. Sometimes you may feel confused if you're watching just one, but once you understand the storyline, then you'll see that all the videos connect to create a crazy huge story. They're give the audience the whole entertainment package. Beats, meaningful lyrics, stage performance, and captivating music videos.
check out ddeang the rap line also pokes fun at the haters dkdktv made a video explaining that one too silver spoon is a playful song but the beat is FIRE
I am so glad you reacted to this. If you love this, and I’m sure you did, DKDKTV has explained quite a number of BTS’ songs. Ones I highly recommend are the songs BAEPSAE (silver spoon), DDAENG, SPINE BREAKER. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I am pleasantly surprised by your reaction to this song because you truly understood what they were conveying more than a lot of other reactors. I like the way you think and how your analysis is more deeper and wider. Yes, this song points out the haters but it's main point is the misuse of anger itself, people devaluing it by using anger for trivial unimportant things instead of positivity and where it really matters to make a change for the better of this world. Thanks for appreciating our boys. They really work hard to produce great music that matters.💜
Just for some context on what he was talking about concerning the "tragic decisions" the Kpop idols made last year... At least two idols, Sulli and Goo Hara, just in 2019 committed suicide as a result of hateful comments and harassment against them. The other major high profile suicide was Jonghyun in 2017, a member of SHINee, because he was part of SM entertainment, one of the "Top Three" big companies in Korea that is known for not treating their artists very well and because SHINee is such a well-known group. Part of why people were hating on Jonghyun for example was his support of his gay and trans fans in Korea and internationally. He was standing up for them but netizens lashed out at him.
Omg! I appreciate you going deeper into BTS lyrics. Not a lot do this. I like that you also give your own inputs, how you're able to understand this group of men who live oceans away from you & speak a different language. I love your reactions! Very very relatable 😅💜
I love how open minded and respectful you are man and that ugh remix was fire 🔥 Some other songs they have with serious explanations are Ddaeng and Baepsae (silver spoon). React to outro tear and the remaining cyphers 2-4
he’s the only reactor who i trust in yt when it comes to bts cos he really is passionate about hiphop and everything about it. It’s also like a big slap to those rappers who looked down on bts for being idol rappers.
I love how you’re so open and eager to learn and you genuinely absorb all these things. I like how you really soak into other cultures. Makes me like watching you react, especially to deep lyrics analysis like these!
As you enjoyed this so much I would echo checking out Ddaeng and Who is BTS. There is a reason hip hop and rap artists/enthusiasts who do reaction videos come back again and again. It isn't just because of ARMY views (well, sometimes it is, but you can tell who those folks are), but it is because the hip hop culture is really close to BTS's origin...a community they loved but were also shunned by. Anyone who has ever struggled can relate to the way they absolutely scratched and clawed their way the where they are now, with dreams of success, but no expectations of ever being anywhere near the top. (Edited for autocorrect nonsense)
You should definitely check out Who is:The seven members of bangtan, Nobodies to Legends 2019, BTS contribution to Music & BTS are just people. YOU SHOULD REALLY CHECK OUT ALL THESE VIDEOS TO LEARN MORE ABOUT BTS!!
I was so grateful to have watched this explanation video too, recommend it a lot to people, I'd always heard how deep BTS lyricism is. I loved watching, it didn't surprise me that you mentioned having a very international mindset, I'd noticed your openness and really enjoyed your insightful comments in your other video :)
BTS always deep as fuck. Like they have some fluff love but even those are at least poetic as fuck. And actually a whole lot of their hype songs have the deepest meanings. Listen to “Anpanman” and then look at the lyrics after and you’ll know what I mean. Or “Bapsae” and then the “Explained” video for it. “Baepsae” is hype as fuck and has no MV but an iconic dance practice. Also one of their most hip hop and swaggy choreos
Respect to you for taking your time learning the lyrics. Coz that what makes BTS big, it’s their lyrics, their stories, their messages (since they’re involved in writing most of their songs). Hope you get lots of thumbs up, you deserve it 😊👍 Love you remix, you’ve got nice deep voice ♥️👍
Scru!! It really made my day brighter to watch this. That cross-cultural understanding 🙌 If you want to hear a rapline song directed to haters, listen to "Ddaeng" and watch DKDKTV's vid "Ddaeng explained by a Korean". If you want to hear a song by the whole group calling for social justice, listen to "Bepsae" (also called "Silver Spoon") and watch the DKDKTV explained vid. If you want to hear a song by the whole group on a social issue, listen to "Spinebreaker" and watch the DKDKTV explained vid.
XCeleste has a great video called "BTS: From Nobody's to Legends" and another one "BTS' Contribution to Music" that both give a deeper look into all the challenges BTS has faced and overcome to reach where they are today. She also puts out explanation/theory videos for the Bangtan Universe (the fictitional storyline running through their music videos).
You gotta check out DDAENG live performance and the lyrics explanation by the same dude. Also there are so many songs of BTS talks about the issues and society. Few I am very found of 1. Baepsae 2. Spine breaker 3. Come back home remake ( original song by seotaji) 4. Chyper series 1,2,3,4 5. Outro tear 6. Spring day (based on sewol tragedy)
We relate to bts songs they speak for everyone. And they always got deep meaningful message to tell. Personally I relate the most to August D's. Been through so much, I have anxiety and depression too. His music sends shivers down my spine. His thoughts are so deep, significant, real...and can be really terrifying.
I normally avoid BTS for two reasons, one I'm not a pop fan and two the fanbase made me feel uncomfortable. Getting outside of my comfort zone definitely introduced me to this fire song that I should've known about months ago
Hi, I love that you reacted to this video so you could get the deep meaning behind the song. I’d like to add that in my opinion I think that the part where they say they don’t like the anger that can ruin someone’s life is also meant for some Bts fans. Some of my fellow army will get angry over something negative towards bts and in the process become threatening and even call for the job loss of haters of bts. Now, most army don’t engage in this behavior but some do. I think bts doesn’t always like that because what was said or done doesn’t really harm bts. So it’s wasted anger and hate. I hope everyone can learn something from bts on how to live a happy life focused on what’s important to you and stop wasting your time on trivial things that don’t really matter. Please react to the bts crash course video and some of bts’s older music as well! Thank again!
our BTS always singing rapping the facts Their songs about social political theme, taboos, stereotypes, self love, young generation, high school, true stories etc even many songs for ARMYs
I really hope you check out the Rap line’s “Ddaeng” with another video by DKDKTV on the meanings behind it. The wordplay in that song can blow your mind! Links below for Ddaeng and solo projects too. This is one of many many songs from BTS that has beautiful lyrics and deep/layered meanings. React to songs like: 1. Ddaeng 2. Spine breaker 3. Spring day 4. The truth untold 5. Shadow All these have been explained by DKDKTV. You'll be surprised at the depth BTS reaches with their lyrics. Anyways, I always enjoy your reactions. Have a gr8 day. Regards.
Thanks for the reaction! If you liked this, I hope you can also react to DDAENG Explained (rap line). Also, SPRING DAY Explained but prepare lots of tissue - don't say I didn't warn you. ;) Thanks in advance!
You must watch spring day and its explanation.. I'm sure you will like bts more ➕ you will definitely get emotional.. Please do that song its really important
By "the tragedies that happened in k-pop recently" he meant the beautiful artist that K-pop lost because of cyberbullying. Sulli, a member of f(x) killed herself on October 14, Goo Hara on November 24. They were both young. Also in 2017 Kim Jonghyun also committed suicide. We all miss them
Fanwars have been going on for so long. And there has always been this push and pull from different sides saying "well your fandom did this first". The amount of anger and hatred I have seen is awful. Especially on twitter. My friend basically made a tweet about toxic fans and that they dont like when people aim their anger towards the groups that havent done anything wrong and its a small group of their fans that are in the wrong. And she got numerous death threats, called a fake fan, got hated on for days. She got a panic attack and she drank herself into a stupor because of it and they called her a liar. It was so awful. She didnt say anything wrong. She never said anything bad about any group and that was done to her. On twitter everyone gets angry in a split second over literally nothing. Its crazy. I prefer to stay in the Dms and group chats :(
If u like a song message about social criticsc or phenomenon, i suggest BTS bapsae/silver spoon and BTS spin breaker. Dont forget to check the explanation by DKDKTV too.
David and his partner have a whole series of explanation for BTS songs like Ddaeng, Baepsae, Idol, Spinebreaker etc. It would be great to listen to the songs then check the explanation vids. Ps I liked that Ok, Kkonde! Lmao
The BTS members are not normal Kpop idols. They were recruited by a tiny company at the time, and they were not from rich backgrounds. V's parents were farmers. Suga and RM came out of the underground hip hop scene, which makes no money at all and is very tough. There was zero indication that any of them would be successful at all.
I was just wondering if you could do a reaction to ACE’s Savage MV they are a smaller group bit could really need some attention...they won’t disappoint its an amazing MV and the group is so talented! Im a new subscriber and i love your channel
