Like to see a tour of your equipment, new & old with description, history of the farm, how it was started, did you ever. Run a dairy? Thanks, I watch every week.
To be 100% honest i think this channel has top notch content already, so i really can´t think of anything else i would like to see during harvest...or any other season for that matters. This channel got it all....even occasionally a friday afternoon snack in a glass (cup). 😉👍
Combine fires seem to be good for ratings but I think I would try and avoid that.🤣 I like the stuff you do. It's a good mix of field work and shop and repair work delivered in a fun style. You have a great channel.
Glad corn is running better than expected.. thats a good problem. But I hear prices are down.. ugh... Your new little combined operator has a darn great teacher helping him along.. Good to see and hear Miss Steph is out flexing her muscles in the cart..
We have a 2418 mix flow sukup I believe is the number. Doing 2500bu/hr with the top element only being 190. With air temps being 40 at night and 70 during day time. Really like the software, also like the recirculating heat so it doesn’t just get wasted in the cooling
I liked the cross auger. I find with most on site fab jobs, once you get things put in place, you always find things you would have done slightly different. As long as it moves grain, it wont matter if it is not "perfect", no one will really care.
Great video everyone. Awesome way to end the weekend. We'll Steph, maybe more riding in the combine and with you and fall tillage would be nice. You all do a fantastic job!! IMO, one of the best farming channels 👌🏻. Stay safe and wish you the best!!🙂👍🏻
Get some 15 gallon plastic barrels and cut them to put them over your electric motors on your augers to keep the water out or put some conveyer belting over them. Just a suggestion. Have a great and safe fall harvest. God bless
On our farm we dry with an old 30foot 1500 bushel batch storemore top dry. We dry about 100 thousand bushel of corn a year. We are up grading to a GSI AUTO FLOW next season
You should have small, open sided, pavilion-like sheds over all your outdoor motors/drive assemblies. Easy to unbolt if you need access from the top. Otherwise you can still access from all sides but would keep most of the water off.
Yields, hybrids, field history (if something eventful happened in the field you’re harvesting) and if there’s trials or what herbicides that are being used
Always great videos. I’d like to see how it works when the grain cart pulls up alongside the combine. Does the combine operator adjust the speed of the grain cart to change where it’s dumbing in the cart? I noticed Steph was not steering when alongside of the combine.
Grain Handler or with already having Superior Bins & dealing with a Superior Dealer, I would look at a Superior Mixed Flow Dryer. After that it would be either a Grain Handler, or a MC Mathew’s makes a Nice Mixed Flow Dryer, Tower & Regular Dryers. Even Deluxe Brand Regular Style Grain Dryer is one of the Most Underrated & Cost Effective Grain Dryers on the Market for the Price! They use them in Alaska. Problem with Sukup is their Mixed Flow Dryer still has Screens on the Bottom 1/3 of it. I would keep that Shivvers Bin System in Operational Capacity though in case you either Need Extra Corn Capacity, or if you would have to Dry some Wheat or Beans, cause we All Know, it is better to Cut & Dry Beans at 15-17% Moisture than Harvest them at 6-9% Moisture. Losing Too Much Yield at that Moisture. Are you going to Add a Dump Pit or Drag Conveyor Unload System & a Large Grain Leg for this Dryer?
how many days did it take you to run that big field in the pic from the drone looked like a 200 acre field and i think i heard you say mmile long passes
So I subscribe to this channel and love the content, I am a 24.5 year Deere Ag field Tech in South Tx . I think Steph does a top notch job making the content.. But the one thing I am clueless on? Is Steph has little one and one on the way , is she married to someone that is not on her videos??
Anything else profitable is grown under contract, limited acres needed. Sugar Beets , Edible Beans, Sweet Corn , Green Peas for canning and freezing, and Potatos are the main secondary crops grown in Minnesota. Lots of other crops grown in US, Cotton. Sugar Cane. Sorghum. Canola. Lentils Field Peas, Alfalfa, Sunflowers,.Barley, Durum, every vegetable you can think of, Oranges. Grapefruit, Apples, Peaches Cherries, Grapes....

Appreciate this. 🙂
Great job running the tractor and grain cart Steph
Your little boy is growing up fast . The best part of the video is your Dad and him in the combine

Love to see Grandpa teaching the future generation.
Great job running the combines Steve and Beau
Loved the drone footage and the music! Thanks for sharing your life!!
Glad you enjoyed it! 🙂

Steve usually sets those motors with one arm by himself. He didn’t want to make Mark look bad on camera.
Good luck combining your corn Haugen Family Farms

Nice drone footage; also I like Steve’s sweatshirt! And Daner is a master fabricator!

Thank you! 🙂
We just put in a MC mixed flow last year and really like it. It’s close to the capacity you are talking about. We are in central MN
Wow, 2 guys for the drive shaft. Stay safe this fall !!
I enjoyed seeing the little guy hanging out with Gpa Steve.
Great video Mark Steph Steve Daner and Beau
Nice to have someone entertainment while pumping fluid😂😂
Sukup! Great product and their service is impressive!!
Thanks for a good video keep them comeing 😊
Thank you! Will do!
Great job Daner
STEPH'S LOOKING MORE LIKE A MOVIE STAR THAN A GRAIN CART DRIVER TODAY. WHEN YOYU GOT IT FLAUNT IT
😆
Watch the channel for Steph.. she is a doll!. Lol, but really love the channel. One of the best.
Well, thank you. 🙂

Thanks for the tip. 🙂
I really enjoy your videos and all of the work you do on your farm.
I like your channel the way it is now
Thanks for the great video keep up the great work you do on your family's farm

Looks like great corn
Being originally from MN, (south of Duluth a littIe bit) I am amazed at the size of your operation " up north"! Really enjoy your channel!
When buying a new dryer if you’re thinking 2000 bushels go 2500. It seems every time I build or improve I don’t seem to go big enough
Grandpa time in the combine is fun

Drone footage was fantastic!
Great drone videoing. Explain and show us a bushel. Russ talked you guys this summer about it. Stay safe.
Thanks
Look into a tiger tool for u joints, it’s a game changer for replacing them
I've got a Maytag Dryer Extra Large Capacity that's been going for 20 years. No problems. Something to think about. 😮😮😮

Totally something I can go over in the next video. 🙂
Good on Daner for his creation at the bin site👍. Bad on the music for the drone part. It sucked!
An insight into preventative maintenance from a farmers point of view would be awesome, otherwise I have loved the content as a first time viewer
Great suggestion!
Millennial farmer just got a new Sukup drier?
At least you're not putting that drive shaft in while laying on a bunch of sharp gravel in your back!
That’s true, it could be worse.
Steph, lose the big sunglasses, lol
More videos!!+
Get in touch with the Millennial Farmer they just put in a new Dryer system last year cant tell ulu anything about it but they do DRY ALOT OF GRAIN
Sukup mixed flow.

What maturity, corn, and soy beans do you guys raise up there?

One 790 can do 200 acres in a day
What’s the yield roughly for dryland up there
Check out millennial farmer I think he put a soukup in and it was really nice
lol what is in you lunch box
Awww…yes, my lunch box. 😆

Yes, that is correct.
What happened to Steph's Accent? I thought it was so nice to listen to.
How many acres do you farm 10,000?
My vote is for a grain handler. Simple and they can move grain fast if need be. Some cooling tiers on the bottom are really nice.
Why The most american farmers produce only 3 things 1 Corn , soja , wheat you can not stay farmer of this 3 products are my thoughts
