The home is beautiful!!! I love the master bedroom. I feel the top floor office should be for the son and the other room for Stephanie the older daughter so they both have their own privacy. He could also get one of the rooms on the ground floor. Of course your family will be happy and comfortable with whatever room and space they have. God has truly blessed this family.
