Andrew is a scientist in nero science, therefore his ability to read studies and draw conclusions from them and then give protocols to help people live better, is vastly better than 99% of anyone else.
@@matthewraleigh5751 Really? Better living through spending their hard earned on turkesterone and other bogus, clinically unproven biohacker supps. Does he promote Kool-Aid? Clearly you've indulged if you believe this shill.
Very often we can take people like this seriously as it echoes much of the self improvement/exploitation cult that exists in society today. It's hard to fight against a tidal wave of "experts" that normalise - pushing us to be more. do more and have more to which the end point is exhaustion, depression and burn out.
Great video! Although in his defence he has often stated that he has been wrong in the past, that he is open to being wrong and will always present new data that disproves something he has said in the past. Overall he is a great person to get advice from and listen to the guests on his podcast because ultimately he is trying to help people improve their physical and mental health, sleep and other things
Dismantles?? Andrew speaks on a breadth of topics, this guy covered 3 hand picked examples. Huberman has done a service to the health of modern society.
So because there's no evidence that means hes telling porkies? He made it clear that he was basing it on the mechanism as you said. It was a suggestion. I still appreciate the video to be honest for those that need it.
Thanks for the comment. It's down to his jumps in logic from mechanism to an actual measurable outcome, which in the case of the delaying caffeine or the turk/deca point, there is none. The delaying caffeine tip is harmless, but in the case of supplements and some of his other advice, people end up wasting their money and not focusing enough on the stuff that actually matters.
I really liked him the first time I watched one of his videos. Then, with each successive one, my bullshit detector got set off more and more. Now I don't watch him at all.
Huberman speaks with confidence so far beyond his field of expertise I'm gobsmacked its taken so long the penny so long to drop.

makes him seem like a good guy. Its a marketing move
Excellent video. Really enjoyed watching this. Now, off to take some Herbal Deca 😋
Consult your local herbalist first!
Deano’s heart rate is about 20bpm as he dismantles Huberman 😴 class video
I'm all ears when he does his thing

Great video 🙏
Thanks Evan! - Dean
This video screams “I’m trying to ride Andrew’s coattails.”
What about it makes you think this?
‘one for each of Andrew’s mistresses’ 😅😅😅 great video Dean 🤝
Thanks for watching mate!
Andrew deserves more respect than that bro💀
Since you are an "expert" please debate Huberman. He's open to being wrong. Lets see what comes of it. 😊
As am I! Always more to learn and would enjoy that conversation - Dean

His podcast is little more than an infomercial.

I was initially a fan myself, but came to the same conclusions. Thanks for watching! - Dean
I hope you are doing healthy and well without him 😢
Hes a shill. Massively overrated.
