    It helps that he’s got otherworldly strength and explosiveness but man, he’s also just EXTREMELY GOOD at football. One of the best football players of all-time hands down.

    You'll never see a D Tackle built like him. Redifining body types for positions. You would guess hes a heavy MLB just from this video. Crazy.

      Watching him play I knew he was built but I thought he was pudgy. He's just massive that it's deceiving with the uniform on. No wonder he demands a double team all the time.

    Seeing him without his pads just makes him even more formidable. He's extremely strong especially because he is smaller than most d-linemen especially 3 tec d tackles.

      Correct if I'm wrong ....but haven't 3 DT ALWAYS been smaller but built more robust , stronger and stocker than your typical 4-3 DT which are taller /bigger but rely more on finesse and explosiveness? I guess that's what makes Donald special ..he's the best of both worlds .

    • @gangpardos3833
      @gangpardos3833 2 года назад

      @@MikeMike-yc8gg Different personel philosophy. When I played in highschool, we ran a 4-3 where the NT and the Ends functioned as containment while the 3tec and backers could go apeshit in pursuit or blitzes. The NT was a big and strong dude who was robust, the 3tec wasn't that much smaller than the NT but he was so athletic and hand a few good moves, but he was lowkey weak.

    As a shorter guy, he can create a lot of torque which is how he gets around most people. Plus his strength is unbelievable. Donald can easily be a top judo specialist. But I do hate that he treats the game as a one-on-one play. I don't see a team player but a very strong individual contributor. Unfortunately, super talented players end up being double teamed and less effective as we saw in SB LIII.
