Nick Hall got it for CHEAP! 5 years ago some guy was selling it as a 1990 issue. I could tell it wasn’t 1990. And did a little research and the very 1st photo I pulled from Getty images it was a slam dunk- I had thought it could be a rookie jersey worn in THIS game because this is literally my favorite cowboys Irvin game. Less than a grand what I paid! That’s nuts since I think this could go for 10k given the fact it’s Landry’s final victory and Irvin’s best rookie game and really one of his all time best!

Other players would try to console him by saying don't worry, we get paid on Tuesday, and other stuff that demonstrated lack of commitment. Irvin made a list of those guys, and gave it to Jimmy Johnson when Johnson got hired for 1989. And JJ made a LOT of changes that year.
I was at this game when I was a kid two future Hall Of Fame/Super Bowl winning coaches great rivalry historic RFK Stadium not a fan of the organization but I miss games being played there big win for Dallas in Landry's last game against Washington.
I have a feeling that the keys to the Cowboys future success will be Michael Irvin and Herschel Walker Dallas & Landry will likely end up with a top 5 pick in the draft. Every so often Pelluer would have a nice game that would make us think he was our future. Love Irvin's breakout game and Everson Walls got his last interception as a Cowboy. Funny that the Cowboys beat the Redskins twice at RFK in two season where they combined for 4 wins total
