Because he put a bald cap on. He wasn't going to shave his head again for one scene

He was ready to shave his head again but couldn't because of another production he was part of at the time. They also shrunk down his head a bit with CGI in the final movie but probably not in the bloopers. Though it honestly still looks weird to me in the movie.
