What volume and concentration of local anesthetic did u use? Do u get about 2 levels up and down from point of injection? Great technique. Thanks.

Thanks for watching. 20cc of ropivacaine 0.35% at each level. For example, we usely use one injection at T3 T4 level and another at T6 T7 to get a good extension for thoracic surgery.
