As mentioned in the description, given I am using my own stricter ruleset for "Glitchless", I am not labelling this as a "WR", because really I would just be competing with myself, and I think that would be rather self indulgent. This is however, the best run (it's currently faster than the runs that use the more lax ruleset too)
Your absolute DOMINANCE over the special stages blows me away. I used to pride myself on being able to 1-shot them all (the intented way) but now.. jeez man. This was my favorite game since childhood. I couldn't look away, man. Such a cool run.

I have a confession. I've never played Sonic 3 with Knuckles all the way through. Is this really the way the game plays out or how it was really meant to be? Because it's a lot of levels
if you only knew how much hours me and my bro put into Sonic and Knuckles, and we still don't play like you did. Now, we were super pros because we knew all the secrets. We even found a way to get infinite lives at Launch base. We broke the game so bad; we made knuckles blue, lol. Great video.
Love seeing Knuckles' full movement set used to its utmost efficiency, instead of just one glitch after another lol. Not that glitched runs aren't valid or entertaining in their own right! I just like seeing games played as "intended" sometimes.
The first TAS I ever watched was this exact run (except glitched), this feels nostalgic in a way with how clean the gameplay is, high level S3K is just so peak.

The routing is just incredible. The time it must take to work that out then actually get consistent is crazy
As a kid I could do the sne&k special stages on an old black an white TV, I'm kinda proud of this, but definitely not as good as he is here

Yeah, and knuckles is actually the shortest campaign of the 3 (and a half) available. Sonic and tails have a longer late-game with additional levels.
