I needed this, I don't know what's worse than existential anxiety/depression. Most anxieties are literally half-based on the truth with a lot of over exaggeration but this type of anxiety is the only anxiety where you are actually being affected by something that is LITERALLY going to happen. I always preferred the brutal truth over a comfortable lie but man, sometimes I wish I lived in a comfortable lie because this discomfort is beyond the worst
@encryptedwarlord7680 Existential anxiety is tough, no doubt. Facing the brutal truth is hard, but it’s also powerful. Hang in there-finding meaning in the discomfort can be transformative.
I faded out from the JWs a few years back. I began to realise the Watchtower organisation was taking scripture out of its original context, so I began seeing the Bible in a different light. When I realised that the book of Revelation was about the events leading up to and including the destruction of the Temple in 70 A.D. I knew I had to accept all prophecy was over and that the hope the Bible holds out is different to what I was taught.
@@astridmiller7938 Personally that would drive me nuts, I need to be doing something. But for others, doing nothing might be the solution…try it out and see

interesting thoughts however you don't always have to be doing something, its ok to just be and relax and do nothing.
