Thanks so much for the nice comment Annie! It depends on how you learn the best. Some people are visual learners and watching videos may just be fine. Others write things down and that helps immensely. It just depends on your preference. Definitely try and ease the anxiety. Remember you can do anything if you put your mind to it. You got this!

Ok..,I like this Channel and I listen to it quite a bit.. but I noticed that it’s the same thing over and over and over and it’s all the basic stuff that we know , like the difference between real property, personal property, etc. etc. but I find that it is completely different from what we need to know for the actual test because when I take the practice tests, the questions are much different and much harder and not really on the basics that we know. So can we go over more similar test questions that are actually on the test? Or are these videos just really old ? I’m not sure. can we move onto other things that are not the same thing over and over. I got most of it the common sense stuff like Mortgagor /mortgagee, PETE, etc. etc. does this make sense?
These videos are gold. I just don’t like when he reads fast and is basically mumbling. I can’t understand what he’s reading when I’m driving, otherwise this is perfect.
