  • Amanda Burt was 16 and excited about entering her senior year of high school when she sustained a serious brain stem injury in a motor vehicle collision. She spent her Grade 12 year in AHS facilities, fighting for her life and then working on her rehabilitation and her school assignments. Her rehab team had a wonderful surprise for the Lacombe resident once she earned her credits to graduate from high school.

Amanda!!! You Rock. Keep On Moving Forward, every Small Step is A "SUCCESS", & Many Accolades to "Mom & Dad" they "BELIEVED IN YOU". "BELIEVE", is the Main Ingredient for Conquering the Challenges that FAIT can Throw Our Way. And "DESTINY", is what We Make of our "FAIT". Amazingly, this "Injury", will Serve as A "KNOWING", that You CAN & WILL Continue to Have A LIFE of MORE & MORE ACHIEVEMENTS!!!! WELL DONE!!!!
