i love the fact that denis acts careful with his training due to health problems in the past.
some people might wanna risk it to be the best, but not denis. the value of having a quality life is much higher imo.

You don't put that much drugs in your body if health is your main goal. His goal may be health now, but that's after OD'ing on steroids and HGH.

I just love the calmness of Denis. Really likable and humble arm wrestler.
I love how Denis never strains himself like almost everyone else does. They are straining so hard and he's just super relaxed like he's reading the morning paper. Denis is the GOAT.
He is straining at times, but he wants to show that he's cool as a cucumber, its his style.
His face is just not capable of showing much emotions.

Love Denis. His style, his demeanor and his incredible strength! He gives nothing away and is like a brick wall! I really enjoy watching his face, his concentration as he is analysing his opponents. Quite frightening really. I love all of these top arm wrestlers, but let's be realistic Brzenk, though in tremendous shape and with his legacy doesn't have a chance.....

Part of me thought Denis was gone forever but seeing him getting back into shape is so awesome. Guy is just a genetic monster and also has the technique and experience. I also love how he is humble and quiet. Great representative of armwrestling and strength training

You guys heard it....Denis said that he "ideally" needs to gain at least 10kg...but that he has to take it slowly because it's a risk potential for his health... i doubt he'll have time to regain his peak weight by the time he confronts Brzenk. But he can realistically have enough time to reach his ideal weight for his 2nd opponent. Whoever it will be...
Devon say that denis is already 🥈 in the world.. maybe if he get another 10kg he can try to fight Levan..

Whilst this is great to see from Dennis, it appears from these training videos he's still half way up the mountain he's climbing. However... Training videos are deceiving 😂

I would like to see Denis pull Dave, Genadi, Ermes, Devon, Levan after his match with John. No need to rush him and for him to sharpen in match shape I think he needs more before Levan IMO.

@@satirikon1813 так-то это Цыпленков... Как сказал Ларатт, Денис уже сейчас номер 2 в Мире. Понятно, что это громкие слова, особо ничем не подкреплённые, но кое о чём это всё же говорит.
При том, что это только еще начало пути по сути. Даже страшно представить если Денис накинет еще 10кг к текущей форме!

It's been only a month or so , so this must be just a trick of the camera and his tight shirt. I love Denis but a healthy progress will take some time, we need to be realistic about that.

Набирать прежнюю форму легче чем когда ты это делаешь впервые. Так что Денис вполне способен очень скоро встретиться с Леваном. Но главное не торопиться❤

не совсем прежнюю. Помимо выхода на максимум силы в арме, он набирал большой для себя вес, который сейчас набрать позволить себе не может. О чем и сказал в видео.
