15:29 Levan is such a nice guy it was obvious he could have taken Golem's wrist immediately, but he made it seem more difficult to not embarrass him. Irakli also tested the wrist and felt it immediately.
They were very gentle because golem does not need any trauma. Btw he had a very badly broken right arm during stupid arm wrestling match in the past.

It would be extremely interesting to hear them talk about their philosophy on getting STRONG for armwrestling. I think everyone would appreciate it, a lot of us watching these training videos would like to try training like you. I feel like it's hard to make a structured program out of these videos since we don't know what you do on the other days training.

you can search scoolboy training there you can see plenty exercises he is doing for armwrestling .
They have talked about and showed exercises with proper form, how many sets and reps. Not giving a total system to follow, but you should have a pretty good start with what's been shown online already.

@MdoubleHB Eating meat has nothing to do with morality. Humans should eat based off blood type and their ancestry. Some people function better as omnivores and some better as plant based or even carnivorous. Only thing that is required is balance, even herbivores eat meat occasionally in nature and that’s how humans should. So your argument is invalid and based of feelings instead off science. No one human is meant to eat the same as another.

Fuckin love Irakli, he's such a beast for his weight class I can't believe how strong he is. It would be awesome to have a nutritional/supplementation video where y'all go through what supplements you take, when and why. Also would be insane to see how much Levan has to eat to maintain that size!
Judging by his size, probably small doses of strenght-enhancing "supplements" like test or halotestin, keeping it on a healthy level. Other than that, it's mainly about his genetics, training and dedication to the sport that puts him above the rest.
I hope you didn't mean supplements like BCAA or glutamine because those make no actual difference.

Iraklı is taking pleasure from beating guys bigger than him. He is a real monster. When looked at the weight he is even more powerful than Levan.
The smaller guy is always going to have a higher level of relative strength. ie. if you double your size, you don't double your strength. This is true in every strength sport. You can only compare big guys against big guys. Levan is a #1 in the world at any weight level by a fair size margin, so this is what makes him very impressive. Irakli is without a doubt super impressive as well, possibly just as impressive as Levan, but definitely not more so. At this point, he's too unproven to be considered in the same league.
@@jeffsiemens4485 Yea people confuse absolut strength with human made weight classes in competitions. Weight classes are made since in pro athletism, bigger is 9/10 stronger so without weight classes, the results would always be the same. There is no relative strength - means for instance you either lift the weight or not.
He's about 220 lbs, not that small. LOL! In the UFC, he would be in the heavyweight division. 🤣

It's wild how different various types of strength works. Like Larry Wheels beats by leaps and bounds the strongest arm wrestler in history in basically every normal type of weight lifting you do with basic gym equipment, yet Levan absolutely crushes him in arm wrestling. Levan doesn't even break a sweat. Just interesting how different the vast array of types of training can produce such insane differences.
I agree.. Larry is always getting beat by these arm wrestling champs so you kinda think they're so much stronger than him in everything physically. but in this video, he owns Levan. He makes it look easy lifting those heavy weights while Levan is struggling a lot...

I'm a boxer not bodybuilder but lately I've been watching arm wrestling (watching only lol) and I'm really getting hooked, its a tremendous sport where you can go person to person without the brain trauma associated with boxing (which caused me to step down at age 28) although arm wrestling has its share of injuries for sure. These 2 guys to me are unbelievable, both big and strong, and credit to Larry for going up against some of these these guys and not being afraid to get beat in a sport where I know he practices but its not his sole interest.
