- Welcome to the iconic Lime Rock race track in Connecticut! This was my first time here, and much to my surprise, I managed to take the victory in all three races of the weekend!
It was hard to make this video short, because there was just so much action on track. Even still, I cut out most of the races, which I will post individually as separate videos soon.
I race in the SSM class (Showroom Stock Miata) of the SCCA New England Region. Our class has the least form of modifications out of all the Miata's on track, which is why you see most cars passing us. There were only 5 of us at this race, and 34 faster Spec Miata's on track.
I hope this video gives you a sense of what it's like on and off track at an SCCA race weekend, as a newbie with a U-haul truck and trailer :)
