    Ingredients Quantity
    Ginger 1 inch
    Garlic cloves 9-10 no
    Green chilli 7-8 no
    Oil 1 tbsp
    Cumin seeds 1 tsp
    Chickpeas boiled 1 cup
    Red chilli powder 1 tsp
    Coriander powder 1 tbsp
    Turmeric powder ½ tsp
    Dry mango powder ½ tsp
    Cumin powder 1 tsp
    Chaat masala 1 tsp
    Chilli flakes 1 tsp
    Mix herbs 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Sugar ½ tsp
    Vinegar 1 tbsp
    Fresh coriander chopped 3 tbsp
    Method :-
    1. Take a small handy chopper and add ginger, garlic and green chillies and chop them well.
    2. Place a kadai on medium flame and heat oil.
    3. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
    4. Add chopped all ingredients on it and sauté well.
    5. Now add boiled chickpeas and mix well.
    6. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, chilli flakes, mix herbs and salt sauté for a minutes.
    7. Now add sugar, vinegar and chopped coriander. Mix well to ensure all the ingredients are well combined and evenly coated with the seasoning.
    8. Side out in a serving plate and enjoy your fresh and flavourful Chaney ka Salad!
