PIER CITY CYCLES TUTORIAL - Fitting Oberon Adjustable Mirrors to the BMW R9T

Welcome to the Pier City Cycles Tutorial Series. In these videos, we hope to show you a range of jobs or mods that you can carry out on your BMW R9T or R18. We hope to cover those simple jobs which new owners might not feel confident in asking, all the way through to the signature mods we use to transform our builds.
In this tutorial, we'll show you how to fit an Oberon Adjustable Mirror to your BMW R nineT. Bar end mirrors are a really common modification to the BMW R9T and the Oberon version are a great looking, high quality piece of kit, with the additional bonus of including an adapter for the BMW OEM bars. Please contact us if you have replaced your handlebars for an aftermarket model and need expandable adapters.

Super helpful, especially giving the right torque to use. I used blue Loctite on everything except the stalks. Fast install, takes forever to adjust though lol. Very happy with my purchase, and bought from you guys partly bc of the video

my plastic bar end snapped off, how can i remove the stuck threaded part without damaging the inner threads?

Are the expandable adapters you used also compatible with the '21 and '22 model years?

These mirrors and adapters will fit all model years with OEM handlebars fitted.

We would recommend applying loctite to any grub screws.
