Can you use the Moto gadget bar and mirrors with the motor gadget bar and turn signals ? Or is it one or the other ?

Unfortunately it is one or the other. It is not possible to install both into the end of your handlebars. You can however use clamp-on mirrors and clamp them onto the ends of your bars. The link below is just one example of the many types Motogadget makes...

There’s Halcyon mirrors & then all garbage under that. Of course they push what ever they sell. Go pick up a Halcyon mirror & your convinced in seconds. Stainless Steel with internal spring
