His demo was probably a bit rushed because he wasn’t planned as an S rank character; They noticed how many people were asking for male characters so they promoted him ^^
He's been changed to an S Rank for a while now (months), and there's a lot of 2D animation on this one so it might have been technically as hard as the rest.
...the misconception that Hoyo rushes things baffles me every time I see it. I thought it was common knowledge that they always plan things out in advance. The demo being short ≠ rushed. An animator called Professor Goo broke down the animation and he kept saying how amazingly well done the demo was.

they usually release several videos for s-tier characters, so I hope that the next one for Lighter would be longer NODDERS
