context for 56:18 (mild spoiler for jane's agent story): jane doesnt actually drop that dude to his death. she knew there was a hollow fissure at the bottom and deliberately dropped him down there, so he survived. she was never really one of the mountain lions and is actually an undercover agent for pubsec, so shes always been on seth's side and he just had no idea :) side note: the recent demos and trailers, as well as the latest cutscenes from the new 1.4 patch are absolutely insane, you should totally see them!!! probably some of the best we've had across all hoyo games :))
Easily the best gacha game to release this year, everything about it screams persona and early 2000s And the production quality is S tier no competition in the gacha space for these animations, its all phenomenal man
You didn't get the full context of this game's story because this cutscenes compilation video you're reacting to only shows the fully animated cinematics but it didn't show you any of the motion comic/manga style mid-cinematics and the in-game dialogue cutscenes.
well thats kinda the thing he was going for, if he actually wanted the story he would play the game which he probly gonna do now, i dont really see the vision of spoiling the entire game for yourself before playing it but whatever
