Dude, let me clear your confusion. I have both MHI and ME. And I can for sure tell you ME is the best. And for your room size, 2 Ton MS-GK R410A series ME is more than sufficient. I use this AC in my room which is 20×17 and also in my hall which is 30×15 and this one easily cools in peak summer without any difficulty at 44c and my roof is directly exposed to the sun. Watch Billion dollar base (camp bastion) all the ACs used were ME.

Sir, My ice cream cafe shop is 28 feet long, 10 feet wide, and 12 feet height without a false ceiling (Total 300 sq. ft). I may need a 2-ton requirement. So, which option should I choose? 1+1 split AC or 2 ton Cassette Ac? Also, which option will reduce my power consumption? (Do we run case AC on 26-28? It will consume less.)
You would need a 2-3 ton option atleast and cassette ac are better in cooling coverage. But I would still advice going for 2 split ACs and 1.5 ton each would be better if going for 2 split ACs. The reason being since its an ice cream parlor so even if 1 ac is out of order or goes for maintenance, the other one would still be there and customers will not feel discomfort. Installing 2 cassette ACs will much costlier and difficult to maintain, although they provide better cooling
