I've got gang respect for Vaughn and all, however I'm just disappointed he didn't mention Tackz Muzique in making Shane Eagle the great rapper that he is ... Tackz been cooking Shane waaaaaay before The Hustle...I'm talking since he was 14 years old, if I'm not mistaken. I witnessed 60% of the music being created from scratch in Alexandra at Tackz Muzique studio, I remember Way Up was recorded in the evening and Bigstar Johnson was there aswell... and a guy by the name of Mtziba did the backings.
I witnessed Shane & Tackz discussing, making beats and writing probably half of Yellow in Alexandra and Tackz was left home on the day of the SAMAs ... I can go and on about how heartbroken I am that the person who worked so hard into creating the brand got ripped-off after dedicating all their life and all credit goes to ShooterKhumz...but I hope one of the good days, Tackz will be acknowledged (in public & financially) while he is still alive.
