- Pravin Akolekar booked flats & shops at Karrm Brahmand near Kelve Road, Thane, and later found that he had been duped. He, ;like many other victims, got a RERA order that directed Karrm Infrastructure Pvt Ltd to refund their complete amount, but that order has not been complied with. Recently, they got an order of execution, seeking the auctioning of the property by the District Collector's office. Meanwhile, the RERA date for possession has been pushed back to 2025.

State and Central Government should take strick action against Karrm Developer and the Ambassador Mr.Vivek Oberoi and Sonakshi Sinha.....
RERA has regulatory authority only but when it comes to taking legal action then RERA can't do that because they don't have legal power like (SEBI, RBI)
If you want to buy a flat then you can prefer Ready to Move property instead of Under Construction property.
When you see and book Under Construction property you don't actually know what you will get delivered.
When you book Ready to Move property then it will be more expensive than Under Construction property but it will give you a brief idea that what you are actually getting because nothing is hidden.
I filled complaint in rara against karrm & try to settled matter in conciliation form. They given me PDC cheque. When put in bank it's bounced. Due to blocked account..
So i applied for non execution of order. & Waiting for justice.

Before arresting the corrupt builders, the stars doing the promotion should be arrested as they are fooling people for getting a few crores from the builders. These celebrities do not know ABC of the company but confidently promote which is a serious issue.
What about the fools who invest their hard earned money by just getting influenced by these celebrities? Don't they have to do their study before purchase?
@@veeshaalpokharkar9451 I think you are superficial in your comments. Nobody wants to get duped knowingly. The builders& buyers sign agreement which is a legally binding documents. However, our legal system is so archaic that the builders hardly get punished. Secondly, the builders have political connections. So no common man can match them .

We already lodged FIR against the builder and Oberoi two weeks back.
Why does not Rera personally attach builders asset or freeze their bank accounts on non compliance of the order?
This should ideally happen, else RERA is only a paper tiger these days. Problem is that these builders have identified the loopholes and are hiding behind the corporate veils and running their company/ LLP. So when anything goes wrong builders/ directors/ designated partners cannot be held liable.

@@kunalkulkarni686 i understand wat your saying that it's a toothless tiger however PIL should be filed and amendments should be made that if not adjudicating authority then it should direct it to one so that it should help to curb the over boldness of builders.
Krishnaraj is not an advocate but his fierce Vigilance has resulted in this massive awareness so imagine power of mass to pressurize the lawmakers to take such decision so that many hardworking individual can get justice and not remain in deadlock for ages.
@@tonmy21 second your thoughts on this. Somehow and somewhere the purpose of RERA seems to be defeating. It's like people have a shallow sense of security that a project is RERA registered and nothing can go wrong with their money.

I should consider myself to be very lucky and thank that person who came to visit Karmm Brahmand, Kelve, Palghar site and met us in train who explained the concept with pros and cons. We were almost ready to invest there but that words stopped us and now no building is visible even in open in Kelve. I pray for the return or good outcome for the people who have invested in Karmm Brahmand.
Please approach Mr Krishnaraj Rao...he is an activist working in real estate sector on similar issues..

Bechare k pass kaam nahi hai .. Paisa kama Raha hai fraud karke kya kare bechara juhu wali lifestyle bhi to bhaiya ko maintain karni hai.
I suggest you: a few group of buyers file a case in consumer court Mumbai against the promoters and advertisers.
Nowadays consumer court will give faster judgement.
Even if RERA has been approached one can approach consumer court also

Another gentle reminder not to follow any Bollywood or political figure ever. Buy ready-made, ready-to-move apartments only. Also if it seems even 2 or 3 lakhs cheaper than normal rates, it is mostly a scam.
