This was an hilarious video 😂 definitely do more of these stories! The one who extorted you, it’s against eBay policy to use negative feedback as a bargaining chip to get money etc back from you. So as soon as eBay see that, he will get blocked/taken off.
🤣🤗 love this content you two are such entertaining narrators, being 10 plus year in customer service its so recognizable, people do not read! keep up the good work 😘
😂😂 funny stories made me laugh 😂 I used to have the same problem with dolls, clothes, and accessories. So I always have my main picture with a tape measure beside it. On 2 occasions, this didn't help either sheeesh 😮😮
Entertaining video! The problem with numpty buyers is probably caused by them using the Ebay app on mobiles, where you have to click on 'more info'....or it might just be the average IQ in the UK has fallen drastically the last few years.....I think we all know it's both 😆
@@thats_flipping_retroI’ve resorted to buying holographic void stickers with my logo on. I put over a screw and where joints meet on electricals. I think it’s already saved me grief from butchers who buy on one account swap out parts to fix theirs and sell on their own!!! Every time I get a request for partial refund I always report the twatpangles
Worth coming here for the comments as well as the video! Thanks ladies... I had a buyer complain that a "special issue" magazine (it wasn't a special issue) had marks on the cover and she wanted a brand new copy. You've guessed it, it was listed as used in the title, condition and description and the marks were in the photos. She left me negative feedback and a lot of nonsense I was supposed to have said to her (which I didn't). My first negative feedback and my first (and only) blocked buyer.
My clients go on my website and book themselves into my calendar. I had an angry email from a brand new client. Calling me unprofessional, and lots of unnecessary things in an essay, about how I failed to attend the appointment she booked. I checked my online calendar and she had booked the following week. I politely informed her of the mix up she made, and she came straight back saying she will see me next week, not addressing her abusive email. Not even a sorry. I quietly refunded her and sent her an email politely saying that date was no longer available. And blocked her from my website. If that is her tone at the very start of our working relationship, she was going to absolute nightmare of a client. And I won’t tolerate that for all the tea in china
I offer free no quibble returns. Sold a football shirt and 3 months later get a message complaining about a fault with the item asking for a partial refund 🙄 Also had someone on Vinted complain about a fake item. My response was that I offered numerous detailed photos, and if it were fake and they knew this brand as well as they claimed, they would have been able to tell from those - but if they were not happy with the item they could return for full refund. They didn't but just kept banging on in messages so blocked lol.
5% 🤣🤣 love it
