Awesome Marna! They do offer a new neck tilt joint that is a great way to offer more head movement, looks like you may need an excuse to pick up another! 😊🤣💕

These Danged Blythes! Ha Ha Ha I tell you though, I have been sewing for them and crocheting for them, and the News bothers me less than it does many people who do not have hobbies. Well?, YOU have said the same thing on your channel. Having hobbies is such a wonderful thing for not just the mind, also the soul and body.......how much more walking do we doll lovers do in Stores to go to the Toy Dept, and then off to another Store to look for one we want. ;-) Thanks for watching.

I would LOVE to see your two Blythes in a Video Ha Ha I just love these dolls. This little dark skinned doll, I ordered her and started watching for the mailman. I could hardly wait for her to arrive. I am going to do a bit more tiny sewing, learning to sew this tiny, before making her an outfit. Same on the Middie Blythe. Sewing for her? I bet I do it by hand. The clothing is NOT cheap! So I will be learning. ;-)

There is another RUclips Glitch..... that comments come up in my feed, but have disappeared from the Channel, so I can not reply. That happened with your comment about your dolls feet. Isn't it odd how they are making some dolls these days? Some are so...... I like a doll that can wear Sandals, and I have one Blythe right now Barefoot (on purpose).
@@DollsRescued Yes. One of the dolls I have has foot wrinkles on the bottoms of her feet, even. And yet Barbie never even has toes. Very odd. :D
Some dolls also have really nicely sculpted ears. Though I haven't seen any modern ones that have ears as realistically sculpted as that old one I'm homehunting for.
@@DollsRescued LOL! So you're about as much a "mutt" as me. I've got Irish (the name's Irish, but we don't know who he was), Scottish, Cherokee, Apache, French, Italian, Norwegian, Iroquois, Austrian, and German.
I watch those channels and it is taking ALL my self control to not get started collecting the Blythes. I'm already in trouble with all the other dolls!! :-)

@@DollsRescued yes I ordered from Allie Express my 1/3 BJD and clothes came real quick but they forgot the head I ordered. I have ordered lots other BJD but the waiting game is on. I am from north of St Joseph Mo almost to Maryville. So excited to watch someone collecting dolls from MO Enjoy your videos so much. I really missing One Thousand Dolls though but I understand.

i love the silver haired ones. very pretty! and i love when stores mass clearance their overstock toys. that's how i got my wild hearts crew dolls. my particular walmart had then marked down to $7 one week and the accessory packs for 4 or 5 each. i grabbed all 5 of the girls and then a couple of the outfits and accessory packs. i showed a friend, who then wanted me to go back and get her a couple. i go back a week later, and the dolls were all $2.50! and the accessory packs were 75 cents or something. i bought all the packs they had left and thankfully they still had the 2 dolls my friend most wanted....and 1 doll who i accidentally broke her hand off unboxing. though to be fair, I'm used to omgs and monster highs whose hands pop off. nope, these gals have wrist joints but not removable hands. but least i was able to get a replacement doll and my friend is happy to get my slightly broken one. and i grabbed another one of the girls for her, as well as 2 more for another doll collecting friend. and then because I'm ambitious, the one they had the most of, i bought 2 or 3 extras for myself to reroot. i honestly think she was the prettiest one in the line, but i do understand why she wasn't a big seller in my city. but i love finding great deals. the clothing isn't the greatest, but the dolls themselves are amazing and highly articulated..and as they are mattel, fit barbie clothes to a T. oof..that was long winded...sorry. also, i love the heart stands. so cute ^__^
I could not agree with you more! I saw the Wild Hearts Crew last year, here at our Walmart for the $2.50 too and the clothing packs were also reallllllly cheap. It is so fun when you fall into those deals! So fun! I keep HOPING our Walmart will discount the RH Dolls Series 1 they still have. Thanks for watching, and I love when you leave me a note! ;-)

Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha I really did LAUGH OUT LOUD! when I read....'Ali express here I come'! I LOVE this Green Dress. It is made so well! I am getting ready to work on making doll hair wefts, for one of my dolls, but the hair is curly, very curly. Any hints for me? I was going to reroot her, but the head is..... let's call it, unforgiving. I have 3 more Blythes coming, that I know of. They are the ones that have the extra face plates (of course) and have been over 90 days. So? They might not EVER come. One has light Pink Hair. I ordered her and started watching for the mailman. Ha Ha
@@DollsRescued ohh I’ve not done wefts with curly hair, I usually glue mine to clear plastic and the cut the extra glue off once it’s dried - good luck!

I am finding white/platinum/grey dolls cute too!. Even bought a platinum wig for one of my RRFF dolls and she gets so many comments from dolly friends❤. Love Deron’s stands, mine are always falling over, lol. Thanks for the tip on middie shoes!

I was checking out some tutorials on how to "matte" the shiny faced Blythe dolls. It looks complicated (I'd be afraid to pull the heads apart) but I bet you could do it!
@@AHappyHoarder When the Holidays are over (Valentine, St. Pat's, Mardi gras, Easter.....) I plan to do some thing like this! I bought a couple of the cheaper Blythes JUST to learn these things. ;-) YOU, oh YOU could do this for sure. With YOUR Art Talent, you could be Customizing these dolls and making $$$$. You would be good at the Eye Chips too.

I've barely managed to resist the pull of the middies. I had a few but recently sold my last one. I do think they are cut though.
Did you sew for your Middies; I think I found some patterns to work from.....like everything right now, that's on the back burner.
@@DollsRescued Briefly, but didn't have a lot of success. I didn't find a ton of patterns back when I had some. I'm sure there are some now, though. They seem to be more popular then when I had a few.
