Don't worry about how many dolls you have, you use them and enjoy them and as you said they make you happy!
Dolls make me happy too, I am not completely sure why...I like their clothes and I also like sewing for them...
I have given away maybe close to 100 but do you think I stop shopping...oh no! always looking in the thrift and antique stores and on line. It's a hobby and it's fun and it reduces stress as Sue said on her channel last night (Sue's Barbie Love).
Hobby on, I say and don't judge yourself so harshly. Also, it sounds like Darren loves you a lot! It's great that you and he get along so well!

At first I hated the Blythe dolls because of their shiny faces. But when I saw them with matte faces, I was hooked! I love Aliexpress!

@@DollsRescued I bought one Blythe with a shiny face, but I just wanted her hair. It was cheaper to buy the doll, than buying a wig.
@@lindydiddle6253 Isn't that the Truth! Buying the whole doll is cheaper or not much higher than buying many of the parts., ;-) Face Plates have really gone up. I am glad we had ordered the doll's with the place plates for a couple of dollars more when they were that cheap, now?, not so much.

Thank You! I am so SMITTEN with the Blythe Dolls. I have mostly the Ali Blythes and I have them in 3 sizes. The Middies have the TINIEST bodies! I really need to take the time and make some nice, form fitting, clothes patterns. The Minis are 4.5" tall and the bodies, from neck to feet are 2.5" 'SEW' fun to craft for. ;-) Thank you for watching.

Love those horses, a Blythe carousel would be incredible!! Those glittery shoes are SO CUTE! I've been saving coloured lace for years, its definitely harder to find a good colour variety these days. Oooh your teal haired Blythe is beautiful and Poinsettia's hair is super cool too!! What a sweet candy corn dress
Thanks Beth. I LOVE falling into colored GATHERED laces at Thrift Shops and Garage Sales! I have some, but you know how fast it goes, especially with the larger dolls. Her hair so beautiful, colorwize and I love the style too. I think Blythes look better with fringes. The midi is very cute too! Love the two colored hair! I always think that the midi head will be perfect on the 1/6 body. To me the 1/6th head is way too big and I am thinking what bigger body I can find for her :D
Thank you, yes, I agree, the Blythes look better with Bangs/Fringes. ;-) I know why Blythes are not your favorites. YOU always set your dolls up to look just like humans, every detail, every finger and hair. I love that you do that, I am always amazed how you pose them and all. But. The Blythes are more whimsical. I would bet, You need to make your Blythe a Whimsical outfit and then......you will be pleased. Thanks for watching. ;-)

Yay! More Blythes! I, too, am having trouble with a seller, who has been haggling with me for days over a refund on the damaged body on my recent Blythe. I appreciate people trying to make a profit, but I just want my doll to be right. C'mon already, sheesh! LOL.
It turns out, I was wrong. I only ordered one (I swear I ordered two) but the order numbers were the same on the two on my order page (seems fishy). So???? A person waits so long for the dolls to come and when there are problems, it is aggravating. ;-) I hope you can get your order straightened out. Thanks for watching. ;-)

Aren't they TINY! Until you hold one, they do not look that small on scene or in photos, but their bodies are just....so small.

WHY did I watch this video? Why? Dagnabbit. I'll tell you why. I saw the 'three sizes from Aliexpress' and thought, 'but you can't get Middies on Ali, can you?". Oh no. You can. And I found them. Dagnabbit. I already found one I just LOVE. My poor bank account....
We all say we're only going to get one, don't we? Lols. I mean, I've managed to keep my Blythe's down to four! Well, two Blythes and two Icy dolls. Plus a dozen petites. And incoming middie's.... Oi. But my Barbie collection? HAH. The invention of Made to Move has been terrible for my self control. I have a weakness for jointed dolls, so Monster High/ EAH was a thing for me for a while, Livs, Kruselings, Hujos, Harajukus, those ridiculously cute 16cm dolls on Ali... not to mention the LPS Hybrids, the one off 'I LOVE THAT!!' dolls, and the year long obsession with 43cm scale dolls, so there's a bunch of OG dolls and a prized Australian Girl Doll there.... it's ridiculous how the doll collecting can get out of hand. You blink, and whoops! I'm storing several hundred dolls. Sometimes I think I'll sell some, but I love them ALL, and yet I just can't seem to say no to just one more doll.... lols. I'm there with you on that train, and it's just too late for us to get off, right? Toot toot, going to buy a Middie...!!!!

Remember the old Lays Potato Chip Commercial about "Just One"???? Me? I fell head over heels for these WHIMSICAL Dolls when I held my first. It does not matter what you dress them in, they are cute. ;-) I had been saying for a long time that Blythe Dolls would look cute in a Burlap Bag, then set out to prove it. Jay Dolls UK, Tammy Powley and Beth Ramsden and I did a Burlap Fashion Show Contest a couple of months ago with our Blythes......if you watch those, you might as well buy 2 Blythes in your first order. he he he Thanks for watching Sue. ;-)

All I can find on Aliexpress are the 1/6 scale blythes do you have links or the names of the store/seller where you can find the smaller ones?
Oh I love the smaller Blythes. If you put, into the search engine on Aliexpress, Middie Blythe and then Mini Blythe the smaller Blythe dolls will come up. You will get a mix of sellers that sell the smaller and the regular Neo sized. I hope you find just the dolls your are looking for. ;-) If the search does not work for you, I am HAPPY to send links I have bought from. Thanks for watching.
