Natasa, you are so creative my number 1 top JJ maker, and I'd watch you doing the washing lol. Anything you make is always a Treasure. We are all very lucky to have you here. ❤
I am totally in awe of how you decimated that pile of scraps and created something amazing with them!! Yes please I would love to see more of this. It's inspiring!!
I am a recent subscriber. I normally craft with wire to make jewelry, bookmarks etc. But I am a full-time elementary teacher and have been teaching for 29 years. Over the years, I have accumulated many paper scraps from left over student projects, gift bags from student gifts and even bulletin board odds and ends. I couldn’t bring myself to throw any of it away because it is still good stuff! I did not know what I would do with it. It all is cluttering my drawers, closets, etc. Teachers often give away these types of things when they retire or change sites. We also have books from old curriculum that often get tossed or remain cluttering storage areas. Your video came up in a recommendations list. I was attracted to the beauty. I am on summer break and have been binge watching. I finally have something I can do with all these things that I have available to me. I am very grateful. Thank you.🌼
What a good place to write about your favorite memories of teaching! Or something else of course-thank you for your many years dedicated to teaching, education is such an important part of people's lives and it's often overlooked.
Fabulous, I now know how to make ‘pages’ by gluing stuff together instead of using A4 type stuff. This has been so inspirational and ‘freeing’ I have a plethora of junk I can now utilise to make something different. Thankyou so much Natasha and as I’ve said many times before I’m humbled by your creativity and imagination. You are amazing! 💐💕👏💫🌈
I wasn’t so sure why this video was so inspiring to me, but, you hit the nail on the head when you said “freeing“, as I am often at an impasse, as to how to continue with half-baked projects, or even getting started with a new one. free to plunge my hand in the grab bag and glue, sew and create -away with whatever I have ! 🎉Bravo !
First of all, the Junk Drawer Chronicles sounds absolutely amazing. Your joy in creating this little masterpiece was palpable. I think this video illustrates beautifully what junk journaling is (or can be) and that you can most definitely put your own mark on making something, because this project has that very distinct ‘made by Natasa’ touch. Gorgeous in every way!
Definitely, I would like to see you use up all the scraps. You inspire us immensely. I have looooots of scraps; most of them, I have no idea to do with them. Besides that, I love all of your inspiring videos. Thank you for sharing so many with us! 💖
This was so fun! I love when you are in the flow and we can see your creative process. I also love how candid you are in your videos. It feels like we are there crafting with you. I think more of these videos is a fantastic idea.
I honestly feel this is the most inspiring type for video for me, please feel free to do more - I love that it’s not about the products or getting any particular ‘look’. Just fun
Yes. Please. All that you do is wonderful, inspiring, smart and funny(love your Arnold). Your own personality shines through. Been watching you for a long time. Thankyou
Oh, definitely do a junk drawer series! Best drawer ever! Aside from the sewing and the 2x speed😂, it did look like it came together quickly because you had all the stuff. It's really inspires me to pull out my scraps. The combo pages that you sewed together, especially the tag page, are so cool!
I love this video. I enjoy seeing how you can create just using everyday items. I learned so much about creating pages in this video. I would not have considered doing this. Please do more of this kind of video. I really enjoy hearing your thoughts, how your mind creates. How you take mistakes and make them into creations. You don't have to have perfection to create.
I love the Junk Drawer Chronicles! I would definitely like to see more videos like this. It gives me ideas of what to do and what I should be saving. Thank you!
🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉 Please do more videos like this. I’ve done many projects with my cutting machine, mock-ups and finished projects, and I have so many scraps I don’t have the heart to throw out. This is an excellent example of what to do with them. Thank you.
What a fun video to watch! And, you know, dear Natasa, that we all have the box of scraps that we can't bear to throw away! I think the challenge of the scraps is why I like making journals! Well done!
Natasha that was brilliant! You showed us how to make a junk journal without any fancy trappings. I think your sewing makes a 100% difference. Thank you for taking the time to design and layout this work of art!!! ❤
Natasha, this journal makes me so happy watching pieces that would have been thrown away by someone else, put together in various ways to create a cute, fun-filled little journal. Everything is used up, and now you have a chunky little journal that will give you many, many years of smiles. Thanks for sharing your process, your inspiration! ❤❤❤
To answer the question if I want to see more of such junk journal creations out of contents of junk drawer - absolutely, certainly yes. The less dependency on fancy crafting instruments or supplies the better. Here I see pure creativity in play which is the best fun, for me at least.
I really love this. The franken pages and use of whatever you pulled out of your junk drawer is really inspiring and shows how beautiful a true junk journal can be without tea dyed pages and printed journal kits.
This project is right up my alley. Yes, please make more videos like this, it was most excellent. Love the scraps, utilizing what's around, Love the hodgepodge, helter-skelter style. It was GREAT! Missed Banjo.
Yes, please! I knew I was saving all of those things for a reason 💕🤯 The very first video I watched of yours was the one with the cereal bags. I can't throw away ANY cereal bags now! That's how inspiring you are! 💞🥰
I consider you one of the most inspiring creators I have found. To be able to watch you put something together ' on the fly' with your thought process is invaluable. I hope you do many more of these types of videos🌻
Just a joy to watch, my fave part was how you created pages, esp your 'Franken pages' tee hee. A revelation in spontaneous creation using what's at hand. Bravo!
Dear Natasa, it's France 's national day today and your video is yet more fascinating than the fireworks we had yesterday evening! You're incredible! MERCI BEAUCOUP!
I love making a true junk journal. I am in awe of the many ideas you come up with as ephemera for the journal. You are amazing! Keep it coming, 😊Natasa❤️
Oh yes, please, more of these junky junk journals! I love these so much! l think this is what I really think a junk journal should be it's junk, junk mail or junk from whatever you have made! We don't always need digital kits, or stckers, stencils, or stamps. I've made an album with just scraps & i made flowers out of magazines like pockets, belly bands, corner tucks. I used old paper bags. Also made some pockets from yellow packaging & what my prescription comes in a neat, small paper bag, a coin envelope, junk mail envelopes! There's ton of things around your home to use. Just use your imagination! It's fun, really! You'll love it once you get into it. Yeah, I use the digital prints & stickers too in other albums. But I try to use what I have! So yes, please, more videos of these junky junk journals! Thanks so much for sharing! I'm going go to watch your other video you made doing amother junky junk journal! Thanks! ♥️☺️🫂🦋🌹✨️
I have to say for me, I love your videos because you are well prepared and don't waste our time.. the 15 min idea is great yet it can be every once in a while..
Whether well planned and thought out or flying by the seat of your pants, you never fail to inspire. I would love to see more of your junk drawer endeavors.
Hi. Yes! Yes! Adventures from the junk drawer, or junk bags, big fun! There is a freedom in using what’s in front of you. New fun ideas pop up. It was great. 👍 ❤😊❤❤❤❤
Yes, I need more videos like this. it helps to use up stuff I'm stuck on how to use it. The store tags, scraps of fabric, plastic bags I have all these things in a box waiting to be used.
I love the fact you have remained TRUE to junk journalling, you don't use fancy digitals, its all stuff we would have thrown away! I just love your channel! Thank you Natassa!
You're the first person I've seen to take something from a treasure book and turn it into junk! Lol. The red straps. And you'll find a good use for them too. I'm sure. Good idea to work with "no plan' as well. It shows creative development. You are the queen ❤
I love the idea of using whatever comes out of the junk drawer in one handful. When I look at all my junk it is overwhelming as to what to do with it all. The way you have shown us eliminates the stress and intimidation, leaving 15 minutes or more of creativity and fun. Thank you!!
Oh my gosh if this is what you create out of nothing then YES PLEASE MORE!!! What a beautiful creation and from what most people would throw in the bin. I love your projects, they always inspire and get the creative juices flowing. I would look at all that stuff and wonder what on earth to do with it but now I have a starting point as to what to do with my stash of hoarded junk 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you for sharing your amazing creativity and for doing it with great humour too. 💗 xxx
You don’t ask an artist about his artwork „ and what you do with it?“ not everything needs a purpose, sometimes it’s about creating and having fun. Thanks for another very fun video❤
The very one thing i have adored about your journals is the amount of writing space and pages you have. What im seeing here is more like what I'm seeing everywhere, picture books, and not so much journaling books. This last year has been a huge switch from true junk journals to digital picture books with hardly any writing space at all. I continue to be a fan of your creations because you never disappoint! Thank you for that! 🥰
Please do more of these types of videos. I also loved the video you did 3 years ago titled "Idea for END OF PROJECT Scrap Leftovers". You created a small package of leftover scraps and showed what you could make from those items. It really helps me see things in different ways and starts my brain looking at stuff creatively. Thank you.
1:17 -- "I have this massive junk drawer...I know it looks horrendous." -- Girl, that's not a horrendous junk drawer! Like most Southerners in America I keep my junk drawer in the kitchen. In addition to paper and fabric scraps, bits of ribbon or twine I also have the dead, but I'm not sure they're dead batteries, pens and pencils, twist ties, the random birthday candle, old keys no one know what they go to anymore, rubber bands, paper clips, a clothes pin, and of course the extra buttons that come with sweaters which you’re never going to use but keep anyway and eventually forget which sweater they go to. 😉 It would be fascinating to see what could be created with those odds and ends! 😂❤
My kids are all grown and gone. I've moved my scrapbook room into one of the empty bedrooms. I have so much stuff... you name it, and I have it. I just need someone or something to motivate me to make something. Natasha, you have beautiful creative ideas. I would love to have you as a neighbor 😊
Natasha you have such a beautiful and clever mind. I definitely see your heart is in what you make. Everything you make has such a wonderful smile that they can inspire others. Thank you for all that you do and everything that you touch ♥️🥰🥰♥️🥰🥰♥️
Of course, yes please more of this. maybe a series called "Let's do mini Treasures with Natasa" or "let's Treasure this Trash" something like that. Thanks so much for always inspiring us.
I loved watching you do this! This is how I unwind some days ... just using all the scraps from the box by my desk and creating a small book with ephemera or a big book depending on what's available. It can take anywhere from an hour to days. It was so nice to watch someone else get that kind of joy and love the results. 🥰
Love this and would love to see snippet roll 10 more times. I just finally made one that I like, but need more ideas. I think people need these types of videos to see their crafting supplies don't explode if played with.
Yes please, more junk box creations. I happily found you a few months ago and since then you have inspired me to make some junk journals, I've had so much fun since then making them. They're not up to your standard of course but my friends seem to like them. Thank you so much for sharing your talent. 💗
Oh yes, please, make more videos like this! It's so neat to watch you problem solve and create in real time, and it truly is a junk journal. It's boring to watch people make things from digikits compared to this! Thank you!
While I adore the fact that you create content mindfully, showing the result at the start, carefully have instructions written, showing you respect our time to watch. Creative videos as these are also welcome!! You always find a way to teach us something we didn't know we needed to learn yet are so grateful you did!!!❤
Yes, please film more of this kind of thing. I was so inspired watching you create. It gave me so many ideas to try out. Just starting so my "junk drawer" is not as full as yours but it will be fun any way!
Amazing, and so full of fun and life, even some memories from how you got the junk itself, before you write anything down. Neutral vintage journals can be beautiful, but they lack what this gives 😊💜
Oh yes I would love to see more spontaneous creations using your junk drawer stuff! I love everything you do, no matter what. So you just do what you feel inspired to do. We will love it.
Yes please more of this, Junk Drawer Chronicles would be an awesome name. I so love your videos. I love your silliness that you sneak in from time to time. I love it when you say yumminess. That is the perfect adjunctive to use for junk journaling. Thank you so much for taking the time to film for us.
Incredible. Definately some " junky" ideas going around. You are the third crafter in a row that I've watched, go the way of the purist. You are the best ... always! Love your junk drawer ... wow, pull some stuff out and go for it!!!!❤❤😊
Yes, please. I have enjoyed the process of making a true junk journal because it never made sense to me. My journals are al themed. With this video, I understand way better a true junk journal. Thank you!
I'm currently making a English paper piecing quilt and watching RUclips and stated to watch Junk Journal vids. I've started my saving. You are so talented, I loved this video. Thank Natasha.
You are the only one that seems to do your own journals not by kits that's the way I make mine and sometime there is no ryme or reason but I end up liking them just the same I loved your house Medio and the dress one I am now doing the flowers and the post cards thank pretty hands
Yes, yes! More please! Absolutely loved this video. The way you put things together. Overcoming challenges, sped it up then explain things with perfect timing, it was so natural and inspiring! Also love that you included the link to your finished journal. You get the wind beneath our wings, thanks so much Natasha! 😊
I am a true fan of your work... love the videos where you plan and write out instructions but this one helps me where I am presently... just pulling things out and making something with everything... Your creative mind is awesome, none of the varied materials stumped you. Thank you for sharing this.
yes creating from junk items would be so helpful. Sometimes i get stuck wondering what i can do with those smaller pieces. Thank you so much for sharing your creativity
Natasa, you are so creative my number 1 top JJ maker, and I'd watch you doing the washing lol.
Anything you make is always a Treasure. We are all very lucky to have you here. ❤
🤣 That made me chuckle! Thank you ❤️
I think watching her doing laundry would be entertaining AND educational: lol !
I am totally in awe of how you decimated that pile of scraps and created something amazing with them!! Yes please I would love to see more of this. It's inspiring!!
Thank you so much! More to come :)
Love this "Junk Drawer" type of video. Very inspiring that you don't need all new stuff! Thank you!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Yes please. I'd like some more! ❤From 🇨🇦

hi kinderblossom, you found the Queen!! (retired teacher here🩵)
As a retired teacher, I find her inspirational!
Inspired? Oh my! Bubble wrap? Clothing tags? Not having fabric or ribbon the entire length of the page? Your ideas are incredible! ❤
Thank you so much ❤️

"Franken-pages" 😂 Now I am also inspired to "make" pages for my signatures!
ABSOLUTELY want to see more of these!! FASCINATING!! Your “timed” 15 minute creative sessions with junk would be AWESOME!! Let the ideas flow!!
Thank you so much!!

Yes. Please. All that you do is wonderful, inspiring, smart and funny(love your Arnold). Your own personality shines through. Been watching you for a long time. Thankyou
Thank you so much ❤️ (🤣hehe Arnold. I’ve been practicing since then, and still struggle with Arnie)
I want a whole series of this type of videos, I absolutely adore them ❤❤❤
Thank you! More to come :)

Thank you so much ❤️

Hell yeah. Sometimes I don't know what to do with it all. I can't throw anything away. I love your artwork.
Thank you so much!!
I get so excited when I create something amazing from scraps but then bummed when I see all the paper pads I have untouched lol. Beautiful project TFS
Me too. I have a whole room full 😊
I LOVE this video. I’m so bad about saving everything for junk journals, but rarely use them.
More of these videos, please. 😊
More to come! Thank you

I would never have believed it was possible to create pages from those scraps. You are so creative and so inspiring. The sewing made a big difference
Thank you ❤️

Haha I also have that kind of junk drawer- in the kitchen 🤣
You been peeking in my junk drawer?!😂 Y'all have a great day.
Same here I have one on ea room 😅

Northerners and Westerners have them too. Why the kitchen? I suppose because it's so central. Also junk closets, attics, garages, ....
I don’t care what you make I love everything you do. I was just re-watching your videos waiting for you 😂
Thank you so much ❤️ 🤗🤗
Oh yes, please, make more videos like this! It's so neat to watch you problem solve and create in real time, and it truly is a junk journal. It's boring to watch people make things from digikits compared to this! Thank you!
Thank you! Will do!
❤Junk❤Flow❤Real Creative❤Frankenpages❤️Make do❤️15 minutes❤Don’t be discouraged❤️❤️❤️
Thank you ❤️
It never ceases to amaze me how you find a way to make scraps look so beautiful. You are the true meaning of a "JUNK JOURNAL" creator. Bravo Natasa. 🥰
While I adore the fact that you create content mindfully, showing the result at the start, carefully have instructions written, showing you respect our time to watch. Creative videos as these are also welcome!! You always find a way to teach us something we didn't know we needed to learn yet are so grateful you did!!!❤
Thank you so much ❤️🙏 I appreciate you
Yes, please film more of this kind of thing. I was so inspired watching you create. It gave me so many ideas to try out. Just starting so my "junk drawer" is not as full as yours but it will be fun any way!
A true artist when you can design and craft on the fly! Love your channel!
Thank you so much ❤️
Amazing, and so full of fun and life, even some memories from how you got the junk itself, before you write anything down. Neutral vintage journals can be beautiful, but they lack what this gives 😊💜
Oh yes I would love to see more spontaneous creations using your junk drawer stuff! I love everything you do, no matter what. So you just do what you feel inspired to do. We will love it.
Yes, please continue to show this type of process to us. I spend TOO much time thinking about a page rather than being spontaneous. Thank you!
Yes please more of this, Junk Drawer Chronicles would be an awesome name. I so love your videos. I love your silliness that you sneak in from time to time. I love it when you say yumminess. That is the perfect adjunctive to use for junk journaling. Thank you so much for taking the time to film for us.
Yes please....I don't have a sewing machine but LOVE junk Journalling. Thanks so much for ALL ur inspirational videos.
U are so talented!!😊
You can get border stamps that mimic sewing lines, if you want to do a little cheating!
Thank you!
I’m glad it was helpful!
Thanks for watching!
Yes very much, I think you are very creative. I love watching you creat something from nothing.Thank you so much. Happy crafting🥰
Thanks so much 😊
I'm currently making a English paper piecing quilt and watching RUclips and stated to watch Junk Journal vids.
OMG!!! I just love everything you make, amazing, love the crackly sounds of the papers, love that junk drawer, very addictive watching your channel.
Thank you so much ❤️
I am a true fan of your work... love the videos where you plan and write out instructions but this one helps me where I am presently... just pulling things out and making something with everything... Your creative mind is awesome, none of the varied materials stumped you. Thank you for sharing this.
I absolutely love whenever you do the junk drawer, or something quick, the 15 minute projects. I definitely want to see more like this.
I love doing that with random stuff! It feels so much more creative.
I agree! Thanks for watching :)
Yes Yes please more Of this .. 'The Next Level of the Junk Draw .. this is so so helpful..' really enjoyed watching this..
yes creating from junk items would be so helpful. Sometimes i get stuck wondering what i can do with those smaller pieces. Thank you so much for sharing your creativity
